We had a wonderful long weekend at the Canyon Villa. The scenery was breathtaking from every room. We woke up each morning with a view of Bellrock, had coffee on our deck, and went downstairs for a great breakfast and good company. Les and Peg are great hosts and pointed us to some great restaurants and experiences, including a private... More

This was our third B&B. Canyon Villa exceeded our expectations by providing a very relaxing atmosphere, immaculate rooms, and gorgeous scenery - right up at the red rocks. The food was fantastic! This is definitely a "repeater." More

The location is AMAZING. The pictures on the website are for real. Canyon Villa abuts the Coconino National Forest, so there is nothing to obstruct your view. You could get great pictures with phone or an old-fashioned camera using 110 film. Our room, and all the public spaces, were immaculate. We stayed in Golden Poppy and it was quite roomy,... More

This was only our second B+B but was by far the best- exceeded expectations with service, atmosphere and food. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted and given a tour/map and recommendation of where to get lunch. We were also offered a free room upgrade due to it being off season and having the space, but our room was already so... More

Lots of positives to this B&B, but a couple of drawbacks keep it from being something special. Plusses include: * Views from the room were just spectacular. The morning and evening light on Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte make for great photos, and just relaxing on the balcony soaking up the red rock atmosphere makes this place fantastic. * Room... More

We thank this reviewer for his generous comments about Canyon Villa. We understand from this review that he stayed with us over 8 months go in May 2011 and appreciate his kind words about our guestrooms, facilities, and scenic location. We were, however, troubled to learn that he felt my wife and I were less than friendly to him during... More

Les and Peg represent the best in personalized, comfortable service. They bridge the divide between B&B proprietors and friends, offering splendid food, quiet, clean, and comfortable accommodations, and engaging conversation - be it about Arizona or anything else on your mind. What is noteworthy? Everything you've probably already read. This is a top flight establishment - service is personal, the... More

We could not have picked a better "home away from home" then Canyon Villa to spend a girl's getaway for my birthday. The room (Ocitillo)was superb with the fireplace, the soft bed, robes (for putting over pj's for a early morning cup of coffee)and coming home to each evening. Drinking champagne on our deck overlooking Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte... More

My husband and I have stayed in HUNDREDS of B&B's over the course of our long marriage and we've often talked about what makes the perfect B&B - o.k. not perfect but great! Peaceful - great breakfast - and hosts who will go that extra mile and try to make you extremely comfortable! Canyon Villa meets all of my expectations... More

Sedona is a sacred place with rare geology. The scenery is spectacular, the weather exceptional, activity choices are numerous, and if you are fortunate enough to spend time at Canyon VIlla Bed and Breakfast you are most fortunate. The location of the Inn is superb, as it sits just enough away from the business of Sedona proper, but is just... More

I arrived at Canyon Villa on Christmas Evening and left on New Years' Day. I must say I was a little wound up when I arrived being 5 hours late due to the airlines; however, as soon as I arrived Les had my room ready and Peg had appetizers out. The both now how to treat their guests. Peg serves... More
