My wife and I go here at least once a year. Duane is very friendly and helpful. We stay in the one bedroom units along the creek. Yes things are a little compact and the kitchen area does not have an oven but we realize that and plan our meals from the cook top and microwave or the bbq that... More

We found this place on a travel website but had known about it for years. We stayed 2 beautiful nights in a Studio Suite. We couldn't have been happier. Duane at the front desk was a gem and very personable. He is an artist with many wonderful stories to share. I don't know who the bad reviews were referring to... More

We have just spent our second night at this hotel and moving to another today! The only nice feature is the creek outside. The walled off bedroom is not what we wanted. The walls don't go to ceiling so you hear everything in that bedroom! The hotel looks like a motel with a fenced pool in front. All the nice... More

We had a one bedroom unit by the creek. It came with an in room jacuzzi tub that seated two people, a gas fireplace, new appliances, flat screen tv, king bed with nice linens. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We threw my husband a birthday party and had 15 people over. Duane at the front desk knew about... More

So be ready for a hotel room that basically has a walled off bedroom and a terrible kitchen. Not very accommodating for more than 2 people. The pullout couch is in the same room as everything else, including open walls to the bed. This would have been ok if the staff were easy to work with but this was terrible... More

We had a studio which is basically a glorified motel room. The fireplace was nice and the whirlpool tub was pleasant. The backyard had a pond and fountain. The furnishings were comfortable and the room fairly well maintained. On the down side, my wife and I were disappointed with the lack of kitchen equipment and the attitude of the staff.... More

. Check-in went very smoothly. There is a pool on site and laundry facilities, however for any activities, we are directed to their sister timeshares in mid-town Sedona. Since we did not have children with us and were not interested in resort activities this was not a problem. If you are traveling with children, this might not be to your... More

My wife and I have stayed at this facility so often that we have become friends with the staff and management. We go there for the reason it is meant to be, for a vacation. Reading other reviews about the internet being slow and not conducting business, jeez, get a grip people. The idea is to relax, get away from... More

Did a swap with II and enjoyed our stay. We like small, quiet and clean and that is what Villas at Poco Diablo in Sedona offers. We had a one bedroom unit with the creek at the back door and it was plenty of room for us. Our son and his wife visited for 2 days and slept on the... More
