I think this place is a well- kept secret in Sedona. It is the third establishment we have stayed at in Sedona and our favorite. The other two establishments were within walking distance of town and this is about one mile from town, but still quite close. My husband and I are here for a week for the second year... More

My five stars do not indicate "luxury" experiences but rather the reliable, pleasant, relaxed weeks I have come to look forward to for several years now. The accommodations are fairly simple but updated, attractive, and always clean; I have never had a fridge smaller than a regular sized one (not side by side but conventional--not sure how the woman below... Great location, but property does not have much to offer onsite. Very short check in window from 4 to 6 pm, so don't run late! Did not like that the wall separating bedroom from living room did not go all the way up to the ceiling, so light and noise from one room affected the other. Gas fireplace added nice... More

We had a 1 bedroom reservation. I wake up earlier than my wife, Bedroom and remainder of unit share a common ceiling making noise shared between living space and sleeping space a problem. Isolation between bedroom and great area is non-existent.. Location is beautiful, interior for folks with different sleeping habits impossible. Restaurant has a limited menu with high quality... My wife and I go here at least once a year. Duane is very friendly and helpful. We stay in the one bedroom units along the creek. Yes things are a little compact and the kitchen area does not have an oven but we realize that and plan our meals from the cook top and microwave or the bbq that... More

We found this place on a travel website but had known about it for years. We stayed 2 beautiful nights in a Studio Suite. We couldn't have been happier. Duane at the front desk was a gem and very personable. He is an artist with many wonderful stories to share. I don't know who the bad reviews were referring to... More

We have just spent our second night at this hotel and moving to another today! The only nice feature is the creek outside. The walled off bedroom is not what we wanted. The walls don't go to ceiling so you hear everything in that bedroom! The hotel looks like a motel with a fenced pool in front. All the nice... More

We had a one bedroom unit by the creek. It came with an in room jacuzzi tub that seated two people, a gas fireplace, new appliances, flat screen tv, king bed with nice linens. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We threw my husband a birthday party and had 15 people over. Duane at the front desk knew about... More

So be ready for a hotel room that basically has a walled off bedroom and a terrible kitchen. Not very accommodating for more than 2 people. The pullout couch is in the same room as everything else, including open walls to the bed. This would have been ok if the staff were easy to work with but this was terrible... More
