This is a nice motel that was just what we needed for a place to sleep. Clean, comfortable beds and quiet despite being only a hundred feet from the highway. We were very satisfied. Now I must write more to reach 200 characters.

Nice staff, great room with nice chairs (3 inside, one outside for skywatching). Beds were super comfortable. Newer TV, also had microwave/fridge and coffee maker. I am in heaven. Little bit older carpet & bedding but for me that made it more homey. Loved it! Also loved the great price!

Located in West Sedona - away from the hustle and bustle of the "tourist" part of town. Within walking distance of restaurants and stores. Jerry was helpful in giving advice and directions. Clean, comfortable and very well priced. fridge, microwave and Wifi In rooms. Makes a great base for exploring the area.

I was nervous about reserving a room at this location due to the older pictures on the website. We needed a budget hotel so we could enjoy other treats like renting a razor. We stayed 2 nights in July 2014 and were very pleased with the accommodations. The room was large enough for our family of four. It was very... More

This cute little motel is located in the heart of Sedona, minutes from everywhere you want to be. Want to skip the over-priced hotels in Sedona, opt for this noble choice! Rooms are clean, simple, no frills. You get what you pay for. The parking is free and the area is quiet. No bad smells or dirt noted, just out-dated... More

My husband and I came up Thanksgiving weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The rooms were inexpensive but clean and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, even the bathroom towels were super soft. Only one story high so we had no noise above us and never had to worry about making noise for anyone below us. We were walking distance from... More

I was so happy to find adequate accommodations in Sedona for 88 bucks a night! I saw the name of the hotel and read reviews on TA but rooms weren't being offered by the major online hotel companies for the nights we needed. I found the hotel website and called directly and talked to the real nice guy who runs... More

We wanted a budget motel for one might stay in Sedona. The Sugar Loaf was that, with kind staff, clean room, and a nice pool. The noise was the really the only downfall.,,,the light on all night outside our window.was kind of bright Noisy AC, trucks early in the am....I am not sure if there would be much difference in... The good news first: Good prices, nice staff, and an O.K. location in West Sedona...but that's it. This place is beyond old and worn out. It should have been updated 20 years ago. Bed linens are threadbare and torn. Gunk stuck to carpet and comforters. Mattresses and box springs are so old that when one sits down on the bed,... More

This is basically a budget hotel right on the main drag on the west side of Sedona. It is the least expensive place I could find and I was quite happy with it. It is no Five Star Hotel but a nice, clean sleep for under $100 and close enough to everything. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub... More
