The pictures are very deceiving. We were suppose to stay 3 nights but pulled the plug after one night. It is not a resort!!! It is located on a main highway with a view of a grocery store. The pool is the size of a foot bath. There is no lobby and really no service. We wanted to move but... More

Dear Shawn, Please call me to discuss, my direct line is 928 340 5304. Yes, during your dates of stay the room upgreade you requested was $20 per night. Our spa and restaurant are fully operating so I am not sure which services you are referring to. I look forward to your call, Sincerely, Ed Conway General Manager More

This was my second stay at the hotel. Wasn't quite as impressed this time as the first a few years ago. The front desk folks were borderline rude during check-in, and not really nice about resolving an issue with my room. It's still a pretty little hotel, with great views if you're towards the back & not facing the parking... More

Room- Decent. It was the bathroom that left a lot to be desired. One larger shower with a European style half door, so it was hard to stay warm in the shower unless you steam up the entire bathroom. Great hotel if you get a room rate of $200 or less. Very basic, small pool. My friends enjoyed the spa.... More

We went to the Sedona Rouge for a 3 night mini-vacation in April. It was magical from the moment we stepped inside. The Hotel is off a busy street, but you walk into the resort and enter a mini oasis. The very first activity we planned was a couples massage at the Spa. It was great, very peaceful. They had... This was our first trip to Sedona, and the Sedona Rouge had been recommended to us. It was a beautiful hotel, with a relaxing vibe. It was well-kept, the rooms were good-sized, and the staff were friendly and professional. JJ, the concierge, was extremely helpful about where to go and what to do. With the minor exception that the restaurant/bar... More

The hotel was beautiful. They upgraded us to an enormous suite with awesome views. I had one of my top five massages ever from Nancy at the spa. Our only complaint was the hotel (and really the whole town) shuts down at 9:00ish. We couldn't even get a glass of wine past 9:30 from the bar. There was a grocery... More

Have stayed here twice, and was consistently happy with the staff, room and restaurant. Conveniently located just outside of the town center. Maybe not the cheapest hotel in town, but you get what you pay for, and the Sedona Rouge is well worth paying for.

We stayed here for a family reunion. The location was fine. Our rooms were in back and we did not hear any street noise. The bell staff was great. They were very friendly and always ready to help. Robin the concierge was great about helping us plan restaurants in advance. The hotel does not really have a lobby, just a... More

We stayed two nights here this week. The hotel is on the main road in West Sedona. There are several restaurants nearby, some within walking distance, but it is a busy street. There is adequate parking in front. The bell hop was very pleasant. We were almost an hour early but they let us check in because our room was... More
