I stayed at Red Rock Lodge mid January through the end of March, 2015. Lydia, the manager is a tireless supportive caring person. But, this is the oldest hotel in Sedona; was under major renovation while I was there, and did in fact close for renovation at the end of March, whence the terminated the manager & evicted all customers.... Ingrid, the manager/owner, is very polite, sweet, and goes out of her way for anyone who comes around. Everytime we come to Sedona Arizona, we HAVE to come and check up on her to see how she's doing. She does everything around the hotel to make it look great. It's a shame this place is going to be demolished soon.... More

Had reservations in the "Sedona" room. Cost was $99/per night. Can't believe how horrible the room was. The room was musty and stunk! The lighting was horrible and dim. Very very old inside. My knees hit the bathtub when sitting on the toilet. The pullout couch was filthy. Felt like "creatures" would be crawling on us during the night! This... More

Ingrid , the manager was delightful and definitely went out of her way to help us on our planning. We had afire each night and talked and enjoyed her company as well as the members of our family. She helped us with maps, and other planning and recommendations. All I can say- It was a wonderful experience. Coming back!

My husband and I finally had a chance to get away and check out Sedona for the first time. We chose to stay at Red Rock Lodge after our friends bragged about the place. I absolutely loved the breathtaking views. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful in telling us all the local places to check out. I love the... More

I booked a room at Red Rock Lodge (Montezuma Room) and because I made the mistake of asking about seeing pictures of the room, and the fact that they say they are the closest Lodge to Slide Rock Park, my reservations were cancelled. I made them two months in advance. Do not make reservations if you can't see what the... More

I found my stay at Red Rock Lodge very pleasant. I slept there, showered, and even enjoyed the fire at night. This is not a resort with a lot of activities, but it is clean, quite and comfortable and offers close access to any of the entertainment options Sedona has to offer. I understand the work involved with a renovation... More

My husband and I go up to Sedona every year for our anniversary. We prefer to stay at the more homey, rustic types of places rather than the big chain hotels. This time we chose Red Rock Lodge. Big mistake. Besides the convenient location and friendly manager everything else was horrible. First, we booked online and reserved a room that... More

**PLEASE READ OUR RESPONSE** I would like to clarify a few things about this review so that any potential guest has accurate information. First of all, I am glad that the guest liked the location and staff. We just took over this historic (Sedona's Original) lodge a few months ago, and have been working very hard every day to renovate... More
