This rv park is very clean and they have great lots for any size of an rv to park. They have 83 spaces to rent. There are full hookups, hot showers, clean restrooms, dog areas, laundry facilities, close walking distance to shops and restaurants. We highly suggest walking to creekside restaurant for their amazing breakfast! We look forward to returning... More

We stayed here for two wonderful nights in mid July and loved it! I would definitely stay here again in a heart beat. The park has a lot of rules, but they are in place for the better of the park in general. That is a good thing, but it sorta rubbed me the wrong way, hence four instead of... More

This is a very peaceful, very well kept RV park. It is in a very serene location a few minutes from downtown Sedona. There are many trees, it is spotlessly clean, it has a fantastic stream running down the side of it with a natural pool you can go swimming in. Idyllic it certainly is. The note about the strictness... More

We would definitely stay here again and didn't mind the rules. The grounds were well kept for each RV space. We enjoyed crossing the lawn to walk down to the creek. Lovely shaded area. Stroll at night with a glass of wine, while you walk the dog. Friendly guests. Quarter mile walk to Tlaqueqpaque and pick up some local art,... More

this was our first time at this RV park. Although we made reservations many months in advance, we were unable to reserve a site by the river. The park looks nice and is well taken care of. However, there are strict rules about different things like turning outside lights off at 10 and they drive around and check. The sites... More

This RV park is somewhat hidden, but VERY peaceful and well-located close to just about everything you may need on a vacation getaway. The park is meticulously maintained and the sites are level. Ours was adjacent to the river/creek, which you could hear trickling in the quiet setting. The office folks are very much "business at hand" and not overly... More

The good stuff: this place has the cleanest picnic table in the world. Really nice landscaping. The bathroom was clean but kind of cramped. I really like family style bathrooms (shower, sink and toilet in one room). Though they had literally one bath house for the whole camp, it wasn't crowded. Location cannot be beat. $49.50 for one night. A... More

The staff in the office were efficient but very inflexible. We wanted to stay a couple days longer and had to move out of our spot for one night and then back into the same one. Nice clean park, beautiful trees and grassy areas. Sedona area itself was great but the town a disappointment.

This park was a delightful find. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Lots of trees and right on a river. Full hookups. Close to shopping and restaurants in Sedona and also to the wineries in the area. Quiet at night. Wi Fi was spotty, but good cell service. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends!

During our cross country RV trip, this park was the best. Located right in Sedona with trees and pleasant stream. Facilities are great and the pad was just right. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and they organized a person to do some needed repairs to the RV. Overall, we highly recommend.
