This RV park is somewhat hidden, but VERY peaceful and well-located close to just about everything you may need on a vacation getaway. The park is meticulously maintained and the sites are level. Ours was adjacent to the river/creek, which you could hear trickling in the quiet setting. The office folks are very much "business at hand" and not overly... More

The good stuff: this place has the cleanest picnic table in the world. Really nice landscaping. The bathroom was clean but kind of cramped. I really like family style bathrooms (shower, sink and toilet in one room). Though they had literally one bath house for the whole camp, it wasn't crowded. Location cannot be beat. $49.50 for one night. A... More

The staff in the office were efficient but very inflexible. We wanted to stay a couple days longer and had to move out of our spot for one night and then back into the same one. Nice clean park, beautiful trees and grassy areas. Sedona area itself was great but the town a disappointment.

This park was a delightful find. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Lots of trees and right on a river. Full hookups. Close to shopping and restaurants in Sedona and also to the wineries in the area. Quiet at night. Wi Fi was spotty, but good cell service. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends!

During our cross country RV trip, this park was the best. Located right in Sedona with trees and pleasant stream. Facilities are great and the pad was just right. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and they organized a person to do some needed repairs to the RV. Overall, we highly recommend.

This is a beautiful quiet place located right in the heart of Sedona. It's perfect if you're looking for overnight or a weekend trip. Prices range from apx. $44 up to $76. The showers are very clean but closed between 1:00-3:00 pm. They allow and charge for dogs, but then expect all dogs in the park not to bark at... More

Amazingly organized and clean park...arrived later Friday eve and everything was waiting for us to get to our site. Great location, easy walk to Tlaquepaque, Oak Creek right behind our space, tons of green space, huge trees. Blue Heron nests in the tree tops with babies =). Very pleasant staff, clean showers and restrooms. Only drawback (and reason for 4... More

A centrally located RV Park with clean bathrooms and level sites with enough room between trailers. We enjoyed the access it provided to downtown Sedona and all the mountain biking in the area. There are a lot of rules that you should follow but it does make for a more enjoyable overall experience.

We took our very first RV trip for April Break. Flew from the NY to Pheonix, spent a day in Scottsdale then picked up our RV from Cruise America and headed out! One of our stops was Rancho Sedona RV Park. The garden setting makes you feel like you are staying at a friends sweet granny's house. Beautifully manicured lawns... More

Having travelled for the previous week to the Grand Canyon and Zion National Park, our sojourn at Rancho Sedona was like a vacation within a vacation. Our twenty-three foot RV fit in nicely along the creek, under trees that provided shade. The bathroom/shower room was spotless, the grounds immaculate and the ambience relaxing. Situated close to downtown Sedona (a disappointing,... More
