The grounds and bathrooms were so clean and nice. It's like an oasis in the middle of the desert. You can walk to town for dinner which is convenient because you don't need to worry about finding an RV parking spot. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is very well manicured, very clean, and all were very friendly. Yes, they have a long list of rules, but they are mostly caused by the city or county who would love to put them out and bring in condos. I hear if they catch any infractions, not only do the park owners get a ticket, but so... More

We just stayed here one night after four nights in Zion National Park. The RV park is very clean and well kept, spaces aren't too tight, nice quiet place to relax. The rules are very strict, we'll never come here with our dogs since they do happen to bark once in a while. The location is convenient to Sedona, we... More

This operation has got many positives (spotless washrooms, neat park, located next to a fresh water stream that allows for a swim/puddle). The shared BBQ pit was a nice way of meeting fellow travellers. Personally I found the owners a bit patronizing (you get a long list of Don'ts and other warnings when you check in) and the RV park... This place is wonderful! We stayed in the part right by the creek and slept to the sound of the river running underneath beautiful sycamore and other trees. The location is a million dollar location a few blocks from Tlaquepaque shopping area and in the heart of Sedona. There are also wonderful trails just a few blocks up the road... More

I am sitting here, in my chair listening to the rush of the Oak Creek behind me watching the sunset over one of Sedona's magnificent peaks using the resort's wifi. This is one of the cleanest, loveliest little oasis you could possibly imagine finding in the middle of the desert. The sites are large and shaded by mature trees, flat... More

We spent a couple of nights here the first week of August. Location, for us, was great. Five minutes from shopping and eating, and one needs only to walk up the hill for good hiking trails. The park setting was wonderful, big trees providing a shade canopy, extremely clean and well maintained. Oak Creek runs behind one side of the... More

This park is privately owned and very clean and quiet. Restroom and shower immaculate; nice laundry facility. The owners and staff were extremely helpful to this novice travel trailer traveller! After I inadvertently backed under a tree branch, they made every effort to get me unstuck and helped me back in properly. After I dropped my cell phone in the... More

We spent two nights at this RV park recently. The park is very clean and nicely situated on a creek. Our children spent a lot of time swimming and playing in the creek. However, we were greeted with a very, very long list of "do nots". We have stayed at a number of parks over the years and have never... More

Not the least costly campground in the area but it was well worth it to us - clean, excellent facilities, quiet and decent size sites. We would return if we ever get out that way again. The area is a beautiful vacation spot.
