This is the only RV park and the park is lovely with large shade trees and river running past. It is quiet and the grounds are well maintained. However my husband spent hours trying to figure out why we couldn't get the cable to work, thinking the problem was our equipment. When he inquired at the office the next day... More

Our family of 4 recently stayed here for 1 night while in Sedona. Keep in mind the main town of Sedona is not RV-friendly, essentially there is no RV parking in town if you're doing a day trip or if you're passing through. The RV park was full but we were able to get a spot after they had a... More

I found the RV park mediocre, the bathrooms were clean and the site was good, but the staff wasn't friendly at all and reluctant to answer questions about hiking. I also felt it was very overpriced, nickel and dimed with adding kids and a dog. I wouldn't go there again.

Might have cost me $325 for the entire week, but way cheaper than a hotel, especially in a pet friendly park with spacious rv spots. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this park as it was at the edge of town, easy to walk to if you didn't tow a car, excellent shade trees with a running stream running through... More

We arrive at 3.30 and were chased up TO PAY NOW by a rather unfriendly request over the back fence, We were warming our truck next morning ( 9AM ) to be chastised for making TO MUCH NOISE even tho we were complying with No noise between 10pm to 7 AM. Clean camp BUT themost expensive we have ever stayed... More

We loved the location. We were able to walk to shops & restaurants. There were nice trees & well kept grounds. There were a lot of rules but they were not unreasonable. I was surprised there was only one bath with two showers. It was a large campground & I had to wait in line to take a shower. Charcoal... More

Made a reservation and was told late check-in was okay. When we got there around 8 PM we did find our packet on the board by the office. We found our site and backed in just fine . When we awoke the next morning we found a note on our door that said " Check in by 10 AM". It... More

Traveling across country for the first time since college - staying at hotels and rv campgrounds en route... Have now had my share of campgrounds to compare. This one was overpriced - but then again, it's Sedona - that's been the justification for overpricing in this area since I first visited 30 years ago. If we weren't so tired, we... More

Very nice clean and quiet park. Yes, lots of rules, but I think it keeps it all nice for all the neighbors. Like the location near town. I will look no farther for my next trip. This is the place to stay.

We just finished up a 3 night stay at this RV park, situated on Oak Creek within a short walk of downtown. We found office staff to be very pleasant and helpful. The list of rules: "do's and don'ts" appeared daunting at first, but probably keeps this shady, quiet spot peaceful and tidy. A couple of hikes were accessible just... More
