Spent one night at Ranch Sedona RV Park. Phone contact with staff was informative and pleasant. Only used camp site and no other facilities. Sign marking entrance is difficult to see at night which is when we arrived. Also signs directing to sites were small and hard to read in dark, even with hi beams on.

We stopped into this park on our trip through Sedona. It's right off the main downtown section with hiking trails directly out of the site. People who complain about rules shouldn't stay at places like this. For those who appreciate peace and quiet, tidy clean surroundings, this is your park. The showers were marble, with a separate changing area. Plenty... More

We hadn't been to Sedona in ~20 years and we were SHOCKED at how developed it has become in that intervening time. Sometimes, it seems as if we find a special place and then "love it to death," but that has nothing to do with this RV Park. It was close to downtown Sedona, had access to a section of... More

Our second stay at this RV Park in three years. I absolutely love the location. This is just up from the highway leading into town. I could walk to shopping, restaurants, and groceries. The park is booked up months in advance so don't wait until the last minute if you wan to stay here. The park is clean, quiet, dog... More

Love this park because it is close to the center of Sedona, with lots of shade trees, quiet residents and very clean facilities. Would have been nice had the bathrooms been a bit bigger (i.e. more sinks and stalls). It is close to hiking trails and restaurants and all the Sedona has to offer. It is a bit pricey but... More

Beautiful location under shade trees, and among the Sedona Red Rocks. If you only have a roof mounted satellite dish you will be hard pressed to get reception. Even with the portable ones, you may not get through the tree canopy. Very crowded, both in numbers and in space size. Definitely NOT walking distance to any thing.

We stayed for two nights during our trip through northern Arizona and southern Utah. We chose this RV park since it is located within the Sedona city limits and therefore close proximity to most of the hiking trails. The prices may be on a higher end, but the campers are rewarded with a well managed RV park that is very... More

As mentioned in other reviews, this place is immaculate. I took a shower at 10:30 PM and they were still clean. There is something to be said for that! The grounds are likewise clean and picked up. There was plenty of room, not only between campers but for us to park our pickup beside our camper. Two downsides though. One... More

Very scenic, with eazy access to the city and to a very nice creek. Hard to find anything bad to say about this place. I guess the only comment I have is they have a BUNCH of rules! You have to be inside your unit with the outside lights turned out at 10 pm. Don't cut through camping sites to... More

We stayed two nights at Rancho Sedona RV Park. It is the closest to town, but still not walking distance. The sites are gravel with plenty of grass. They offer 30 and 50 amp service, They have strict rules, but being owners of hospitality business we understand the necessity , they keep the place quiet , safe, and clean. The... More
