We have stayed at Rancho Sedona three times and will keep coming back. It is very clean, quiet, and the setting is beautiful, right on Oak Creek surrounded by magnificent cottonwoods. Staff is great and eager to help. Grounds are well kept and add to the overall feel of the park. In addition it is walking distance to many restaurants... More

Stayed here in March 2015. Accomodates big rigs (mostly back in). Level with 50 Amp. hookups. try to get a spot along the river. Best spot in park is #83. Staff is friendly and park is very well kept and landscaped.

We stayed at this park for a long weekend in a travel trailer to extend our camping stay in Sedona. The location is perfect if you are looking for convenience to access the center of Sedona shopping, restaurants, galleries, etc. It is a well kept park with the usual site "closeness" of a commercial park. Fishing and hiking are both... More

Park your rig and walk! Art galleries and restaurants galore. Plan to stay longer and enjoy hikes in gorgeous scenery. Country location has herons and Javelinas. Dog run and laundry plus nice showers make camping fun.

Great location , clean, perfect bathrooms and laundry. It would be hard to find anything wrong with the park. But.......Everywhere you look there is a sign telling you what you Can Not Do. There are rules about everything you could imagine. Its like they look at every camper as a bad child that never grew up and they yell at... More

This was our second stay at Rancho Sedona RV Park and it was just as nice as the first. It's close to town...actually, it's in town. But, it feels like you're out in nature as it's filled with huge, shady trees. The park is so close to restaurants and shopping that you could actually walk to them. It's a pretty... More

The park was clean and well maintained. The location is great, so close to town. Amenities were nice. Hot showers, full hookups. Great for traveling as a twosome, because anyone with you costs $10 extra per person, per night!! What I did not enjoy was the attitude we received from the staff. I'm guessing it was because we were not... More

We just arrived yesterday so there may be some updates before we leave. Overall, very nice rustic RV park. The grounds are well maintained and our site was clean and level upon arrival. The check in was nice – all was sorted and they were ready for our arrival. Note – lots of rules including no camp fires – that... More

This is a hidden gem RV park, tight fit for larger Class A's because of the circle just trying to get into Sedona. It seems the city of Sedona would love to outlaw RV's from their city. But that is another soap box to go off on later. Back to the RV Park, lovely area right on Oak Creek in... More

This was a one night transit stop for us. We were able to check in without pre-booking only because we had a small RV (25ft) & because it was low season. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the grounds, bays and restrooms are very well maintained indeed. The free Wifi was a decent speed and reliable. This park... More
