First stop on our 4000 mile trip, driving up from Phoenix. Perfectly satisfactory in every way. Nice room, fantastic views of the 'red' mountains we were going to see a lot more of. Continental breakfast was included, taken by the pool, and was very good. We had dinner at a Thai restaurant a hundred yards away - nothing special, but... More

This hotel is no longer a La Quinta Inn as from two days ago and they will not honour the booking I made with La Quinta points, and they had no record of the additional paid booking I had with them. Glad I checked and was able to make an alternative booking at another hotel otherwise I would have turned... More

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and front desk was very busy but they had three people working and check in was fast and friendly. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful with pointing out places to eat and where to go in town to shop. Our room was large and looked as if it had been recently... More

I found this hotel to be fine. Breakfast was good and our room was clean. Very cheap price for the area. I had read complaints and I was a little worried but it was unfounded. I don't know what people expect for that price point. We were hardly in our room anyway. Sedona is an expensive town and I was... More

The outdoor pool was very cold...too cold even for my son. The hotel room was spacious but had a very strong cleaning agent odor. The location was good, which allowed us to walk our dog and grab a bite to eat.

A standard, ordinary road side hotel. Very outdated. The second floor hallway carpets smell bad. Rooms are standard. They are outdated as well. The breakfast is as usual, nothing surprising. Wi-fi is fairly slow.

I was quite surprised at the nice, clean-smelling room, after reading the negative reviews. Had a hard time finding the hotel, but I called and the man at the desk was very nice, and helpful. I had the bottom floor, which I was very pleased with, traveling alone with my little dog! The people at the desk were very professional... More

1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2015

Upon entering our room there was a terrible musty odor of old cigarettes and body odor. After keeping the window open and a/c on for an hour or so the smell became tolerable. That wasn't the worst of it. The bed sheets had stains (plural) all over and though the night manager was extremely helpful and friendly and changed all... More

I almost didn't book because of an old review about stinky carpets. I'm happy to report that the entire first floor now has laminated flooring and no bad smell. I asked at the desk and they told me they are almost done with replacing all the carpets with flooring. I was traveling with my senior parents and two dogs. We... More

The King Suite room was conveniently located 20 feet from the side exit door leading to my Disabled parking space as you walk out. The room had 2 TVs and a big sofa which we enjoyed sitting on and resting instead of using the bed side to sit on. The room has a privacy door that led out to the... More
