The room wasn't ready but the person at the front desk insisted we book our tour as she knew better than us, how very busy the area was. She made several phone calls for us, and helped us plan out how to see everything we wanted to see in a reasonable manner. By staying in the lower part of Sedona... More

The location of the La Quinta in the Village of Oak Creek is wonderful. However, the rooms were not very clean, especially the bathroom which had a black ring around the tub. Otherwise the room was adequate and what I would expect from a La Quinta.

We had a nice suite for our one night stay. They offer breakfast by the pool as well included with the room fee. We drove in at night and could see what Sedona was like. The scenery turned out amazing. We visited the church in the hills and enjoyed the views. We did the airport lookout view. As we were... More

We stayed at La Quinta because we were traveling with our dog. It is old but clean and we really liked the laminate floor. As a handicapped individual, I was very concerned that half of the Exit lights did not work; lights in the parking lot were also not working. I think that this should be a major item for... More

The accommodations were fine, but the desk managers (all but 1) were less than pleasant. No kind words, not helpful or friendly. At least they gave us our discount, and they take pets. One day they didn't clean our room. One day we awoke to the fire alarm going off. Never a word from the front desk about what happened,... More

This La Quinta has some ups and downs. It is in the Village of Oak Creek which is about 20 minutes away from Sedona, due mainly to an inordinate number of traffic circles. But the location is nice and you feel safe and it is within walking distance of quite a few restaurants. The price is excellent for the Sedona... More

If you're looking for comfort in beds-these are good, but management is bad, and they say they can do nothing for you unless you book with them direct. For instance, we had 3 people and booked a suite, which was supposed to have a pull-out couch. Management said the couches didn';t pull out when we arrived-we had to go to... More

The motel is very clean and well kept with a couple of either plusses or minuses depending on your point of view. By this I mean that it is a dog friendly location. Make your reservations early because if our visit was any indication it pretty much sells out constantly. The free breakfast area is nice but small for the... More

We are loyal LQ guests. It is always our first choice because of a consistent higher standard being met in most cases. There are exceptions and this is clearly one of them. Suzanne at the front desk, was our first impression which was positive. She was fun and helpful. It went downhill from there. See pictures I posted of the... More

At $109 a night in March for a regular room on the back of the second floor with a view of the interior pool area only, I would normally not be very happy. The room could also standard a higher level of clean to meet this chains usual standards. I am generally a LaQuinta fan but this place is a... More

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review about your experience at our hotel. I am very sorry that we may have missed the mark when cleaning in your room as we do have very high standards when it comes to housekeeping. I have spoken to the housekeeper that cleaned your room and I will be working... More
