We only stayed for one night as we were passing through Sedona. The price was very attractive. But I guess you get what you pay for. The room was very dirty. The beds sheets were dirty, stained and hair all over both beds. It was nasty. We had no where else to go so we slept there on nidles. Bugs on... More

Very Basic. I had to ask for a microwave, It was placed on the floor. So that proved to be interesting to use. Internet access was touch and go, and slow. Mattress was very soft. Acceptable for a one night stay because it was clean and the air conditioning worked. I will not recommend, nor return.. I will gladly pay... More

We had a suite. The place is basic but clean, with microwave & fridge, and the rates are reasonable. the views are fantastic and our neighbours were very friendly. It's also very handy for the nearby walks.

We entered what they call a "suite" and didn't last longer than five minutes in it. The surroundings were depressing, filthy and unhealthy. We were afraid to sit on the couch. We looked at each other and exclaimed at the same time,"Let's get out of here asap." We paid for one night for not staying in it, but it was... More

First of all, even though I'm giving 3/5 I would stay here again. For around $50 a room you shouldn't expect that much. My room was small & worn but basically clean with fridge, microwave, and old TV. Bed was comfortable although not plush. It's nice to have an option like this if you're traveling alone on budget. The property... More

Nice clean rooms, friendly family run business, walking distance to a major trailhead and vortex (which is nice because you don't have to pay for a car pass) free internet and great view! This was our second visit and plan on coming back.

Great price, views & location in Oak Creek (near Sedona) but dirty! Dirty sheets (stains), hair on pillow case, bathroom dirty. Despite being non-smoking, there's ash trays everywhere outside rooms & people standing & smoking near your room (don't have the windows open)! Poor service, called & went to the office several times (office closed) to ask them for a... More

Adam helped us book, and was very nice and helpful. He explained everything very well and went out of his way to find us what we needed on the dates we were looking for. We ended up choosing this hotel because he was very friendly and welcoming. We got a discount on a suite, but fireplace was turned off because... More

Really liked this place. Stayed in 2 rooms over Christmas holiday. Clean, nice housekeeper, great owners. We wanted to stay an extra night and they gave us a larger room for same price. Prices are incredible for Sedona and included our dog. We had view of one of red mountains even. Super short distance to great hiking (walking distance to... More
