This was our first trip to Sedona, our 3rd trip to AZ. This is a Hyatt timeshare resort. Our units were 1612 A& B, very wonderful. You do travel down about 16 steps. The units were very nice. One unit was a studio, which was very dark, but we opened the door to the other unit which was very nice,... More

Really nicely kept resort with wonderful views. Close to every attraction and to restaurants. The accommodations were very nice, and clean, We had two bedrooms and loved the place. Concierge was very helpful. There were even galleries and a fast food restaurant on the property. No fine restaurant on the grounds was the only drawback. Great place to stay.

Staying in Sedona, this location provided extra room and a great working fireplace. Staff was friendly, although the room service was not always consistent...a little hit or miss. Yet near the town of Sedona and 30 minutes from Cottonwood and 2 hours to the Grand Canyon. Nice to have extra room and a large bathroom. Kitchen supplied with every essential.

We stayed here for the last week of October, a trade for our Marriott Shadow Ridge time share in Palm Desert CA, through interval international. We were mostly pleased with the place. It was clean and spacious, although not as large as some Marriott properties. There was a large tub and a shower, the beds were comfortable, and there was... More

This is a Hyatt time share resort that also operates as a limited service hotel. There is no on-property restaurant or lounge. That's not a big problem, since downtown Sedona is just a block away. The location in old downtown Sedona is the best asset of this property. I have no idea what facilities are available to time share owners,... More

We stayed over Christmas in a two room suite that was really a full 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The facility was excellent and the location perfect. We could easily walk to uptown. The staff helped us find several excellent trips to take including a jeep tour.

We purchased our (2) bedroom Timeshare at The Hyatt Pinon Pointe in 2005 and can not wait to come back 2 or 3 times a year. Great staff. Led by Michael McMahon, GM, Christine Hoodgson, Front office manager, Darlene Miller in the Concierge Department with her associates Chrsitine and Denise, jason at the front desk alway make our stays very... Beautiful property - spacious accommodations and within walking distance of shopping and restaraunts to serve every taste and budget. The panoramic scenery from the pool and hot tub is breath taking. Love that they don't have any steet lighting (other than the main highway thru Sedona) which allows you to see the beautiful star filled night sky. We went in... More

We we here for the week off Thanksgiving and wow were we pleased with the resort and the location. The 360 degree view from the pool was stunning. Rooms were well equipped and had everything needed to make meals. The staff were friendly and did not push timeshare presentations. Most pleased with the number of family friendly options - daily... Fantastic! We just returned from a week stay at the Hyatt. We were in unit 121. The unit was spotlessly clean, furnished and equipped very nicely. The staff could not have been more friendly, helpful or welcoming. They do try to get you to attend a sales session upon check in, but were not too aggressive. They did help set... More
