Our stay was between June 20th to the 23rd. What a perfect place and perfect location. Beautiful resort. Adjacent to a small town for ice cream for the little kids. If you're visiting Sedona, this is the place to stay. There are other reviews of the resort so I wont get into it much other than it's highly recommended. more

I took a friend here for a "girls getaway" and we had a blast. We rented a two-bedroom and she got the huge master suite and I took the lock-out. Expected just a bedroom but got a nice room with a little kitchen area, big bed and a sofa. Not like I needed it! We chose not to cook but... more

Stayed mid-April at Hyatt Pinon Pointe as part of our Hyatt Vacation timeshare. Excellent location for our first visit to Sedona. Roomy one-bedroom suite with a great view from a spacious balcony. Only snafu was when our microwave "died" in the middle of dinner preparations. Staff efficiently replaced it the next morning with a new one. Concierge and all staff... more

This Hyatt property is beautiful and wonderfully kept up. we loved the spirit of the staff, a change they link to their new manager Mike. we have stayed 3 times and plan to come back. we saw the negative review and have some context. First, a studio is just that, all the features cleverly arranged into a tiny space. Just... more

Booked a two-bedroom unit for a two-night stay in early April. Received a heavily discounted pre-pay rate on the Hyatt website. Just under $200 per night, for a huge condo in a premier -- really hard to beat -- location in Sedona. Check in was fine, if not a little harried. Be warned that check out is early and check... more

Have to say that we LOVE Sedona, so you could probably put us in a shack and we would still soak up the beauty of the area and have fun. Fortunately, the Hyatt Pinon Pointe is no shack! A little surprised by some of the more negative reviews I read when researching. Here is my take: Great location - You... more

The Hyatt was fabulous. Great service, clean hotel and beautiful canyon views. The location was convenient, just walking distance from the shops and restaurants. We stayed in the studio room, which was very nice and clean. No complaints. The best part of the hotel was the 360 degree view of the specatular red canyons - breathtaking! We loved loved loved... more

My wife and I made our initial trip to Sedona, staying at the Hyatt Pinon Pointe and could not have been happier with the resort. Staff was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly every time we called on them. Great location! Surrounded by Sedona's famous Red Rocks, pus, it was near shops and restaurants (within easy walking distance), nice work-out area,... more

My husband and I just left Hyatt this morning and were not impressed. We thought like other reviewers that the Hyatt name would be magnificent! We were staying in Sedona for one night and though we had stayed at other hotels in years past, we would try the new Hyatt Vacation Club. Not worth the money!!!! We had a "studio"... more
