Stayed in 1 bed 1 bath, had a very nice living room, dining/kitchen combo, washer/dryer, entry hall and two closets. The jetted tub was awesome as was the rainfall shower.... I loved it and could have stayed longer. For all those who say there is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom there is a pocket door between the... More

We stayed for a 4 day long weekend in a one bed room suite. The suite was very roomy and contemporary decorated as most of the Hyatt setup. The down side of the suite was that bathroom and Jacuzzi and the bedroom were jointed without door, which made it very awkward to use the bathroom or the Jacuzzi. Kitchenette was... More

We've stayed at the Hyatt so many times, we should have just purchased a time-share. In fact, this time around, we signed up for the pitch just to hear what they had to say. Wasn't that bad. As a realtor, I know the game pretty well, and you just need to know how to say no. Say, "we're just here... More

Stayed here one night. We were expecting a somewhat upscale stay and it was a little more than a Motel 6 type of experience. The "hustle" and "time share" sales pitch really dragged down what could have been a pleasant stay. Being a "residence" establishment I did not really know what to expect but I am pretty sure a regular... More

I liked almost everything about this place. It was well priced, the staff was great, the location very convenient and the pool and fitness center were very prettily situated on a higher level. In addition the room was decently sized and clean. I love that housekeeping takes the trouble to actually "clean" the room every day. The rooms are sort... More

This hotel has a great location, walking distance to everything downtown. The views are absolutely phenomenal, definitely try to grab a bench to catch the sunset! The downside? Depending on where your room is, you need to be in good shape to go up the hills and take your luggage up and down the steps. Our room was 1811 and... More

Pinon Pointe is a place of beauty, outstanding views and quality service. I have stayed there in 2012 and again August 2014. The rooms are spacious, with wonderful balconies, a full kitchen and large bathroom. Since we did all our cooking it was wonderful having dinner on the balcony after using the grills by the pool. The pool and outdoor... More

The rooms were great.... The fire place was a bonus! The kids all slept around the fir place. This resort ranks among the best places we have stayed. We didn't want to leave. Can't wait to go back there - hopefully very soon.
