This is not a hotel...that is what I was told upon checking in to Hyatt. Well that made me feel unwelcome...and guys I am a Hyatt Platinum member. Hadn't even stepped away from check in desk when "concierge" grabbed me to set up my appointment to buy a timeshare. I wasn't traveling with my husband so she told me I... More

The Hyatt is centrally located and within walking distance of most things in Sedona. We had a one BR with a pull-out couch for two adult couples. Pros: Well appointed kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, balcony, views, etc. Cons: They pounced on us immediately on check in to do a time share thing. We had just travelled 10 hours and... More

The Hyatt is located in the center of Sedona. We stayed in their 2 bedroom room. I enjoyed the room. One bedroom has a king and the other room has a Queen. There is also two bedrooms. I would recommend walking or driving to L"aberge and having lunch or breakfast on the creek. I actually proposed to my wife at... More

It would be hard to find a more beautiful location for a hotel. We had a one bedroom unit that was delightful with plenty of space, a gas fire, and spa bath, great bathroom, and nice kitchen and washing machine and drier (great for washing out those hiking clothes). The mattress however was terrible and sagged and was in need... More

We were put in 2-bedroom unit 1711A+B, but would have preferred the upper unit, 1712. Best buildings are 17, 18, and 19. Well decorated and nicely appointed, good beds, nice bathrooms with plenty of room. Outdoor firepits and gas grills are scattered around the property to encourage outdoor dining and sitting around the fire at night… and what a perfect... More

We stayed in a two bedroom unit which consisted of a one bedroom unit and a connected studio. We were located on a second level floor in one of the upper rows which gave us a great red rock view off the porch on the main living area of the one bedroom. The patio off the studio bedroom looked at... More

We had a third party reservation agent book our hotel in Sedona based on what our needs were. He booked us at the Hyatt. We had no idea we were walking into a 'come to our sales meeting' trap at every chance they could. It became overbearing and creepy when other places became part of the pressure system to go... Situated in one of the prettiest small towns in North America, the Hyatt had all virtually all the amenities of home. Surrounded by picturesque red mountains, the views are intensely beautiful. Located above the fray of the business district of Sedona, this charming condominium community- felt very safe & secure. All the outside grounds & interior accomodations, are kept immaculately... If you have the time, we drove from Colorado down through Moab, Arches National Park and Flagstaff, one of the most beautiful drives out west you can take. Of course it would be similar coming from Utah or just about anywhere out west heading towards Sedona. If you have the time stay in Moab for a couple nights and experience... More

My husband and i stayed here for 3 nights. The property is nice and we had a balcony with a wonderful view. The location is nice alrhough while in Sedona expect stairs and hills ro walk up. This property while nice is spread out quite a bit and be ready to walk (which is not a bad thing). The pool... More
