Looks newly painted & a few upgrades, although still looks very dated. Very heavy wrought iron tables & dining chairs that are not easy to pull in & out. Lack of windows to let in sunlight so feels dark & not very inviting. One main bathroom upstairs with a shower & no tub. One very, very small sink (24" wide... More

These villas are well situated and very comfortable - ours had a double and a twin bedroom with two bathrooms, a nice lounge with huge TV well-equipped kitchen. There's also an indoor pool if you fancy it.

My family Spent New Years 2015 here. Nighttime temperatures were freezing, which is why we had 8 inches of snow to our surprise. Condo size was adequate for 6 people with no problem. The only thing to criticize is the heating system which is poorly designed for winter conditions. Front door was very drafty and kept the down stairs entry very... More

The Villas of Sedona, attached to Sedona Springs Resort, has very nicely outfitted two story townhomes. The interior is tastefully decorated and is complete in every way. We were there in January and the temperature outside was a little cool. Because the thermostat is located on the second floor and heat rises, if you set the temperature at 70 F... More

We spent a week on a vacation plan. We stayed in unit #18 and it was a two story condo. There is an upstairs bedroom with a kingsize bed, bathroom with shower (no tub) plenty of closet space, a large flat-screen TV in the bedroom, an small sitting area that can covert to another bed if you fold down the... We booked a one bedroom condo here for my husband and I as well as our four kids aged 11-16. The condo was well appointed and nice and spacious. We had unit 33 and the kids were excited to see the loft had a murphy bed and it's own small balcony. Our unit was right across from the indoor pool.... More

We have stayed at three different condo facilities in Sedona and this is by far the best. The check-in in is easy and friendly, the units are large and well appointed, and access is easy and convenient. It was out 4th time and we will return again and again. Also, they are not constantly bugging you about added stuff, like... More

Stayed here for the first time this year as could not get in to Sedona summit, and we were very pleased. We had a 1 bed that will sleep 6, we had loads of room as there was just the 2 of us. Well equipped kitchen, loo downstairs, good size bathroom upstairs but if there are more of you remember... More

4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2014

We stayed five nights during September. There were two couples and we had plenty of room for the four of us in our 2BR, 2B condo, unit 24. My biggest gripe is the Wi-Fi, which was iffy, sketchy, non-existent. I realize that isn't always a priority for some folks, but it is to me for both personal and professional reasons.... More

We stayed here the end of April and into the first part of May of 2014. Made the reservations on an RCI exchange. The facility is very conveniently located about a block off Hwy 89A as it comes into Sedona. The place is old, no doubt about that, the reception area needs some sprucing up, but the grounds are well... More
