We stayed five nights during September. There were two couples and we had plenty of room for the four of us in our 2BR, 2B condo, unit 24. My biggest gripe is the Wi-Fi, which was iffy, sketchy, non-existent. I realize that isn't always a priority for some folks, but it is to me for both personal and professional reasons.... More

We stayed here the end of April and into the first part of May of 2014. Made the reservations on an RCI exchange. The facility is very conveniently located about a block off Hwy 89A as it comes into Sedona. The place is old, no doubt about that, the reception area needs some sprucing up, but the grounds are well... More

Just got back a couple of days ago from staying at Villas of Sedona. Check in and out was a breeze and the staff informative and responsive to any questions we might have had. We stayed in a 1BR w/loft. This sleeps 6 (king bed, queen murphy bed in loft and pull-out sofa), might not recommend that many but is... More

A very pleasant week spent in a a very quiet nice compact resort with only the the birds to wake up to. The 1 bedroom villa was very well equipped and even had a kettle (rare in US villas) .very quiet clean warm pool, even an indoor pool for cool days. Very close to lots of restaurants in West Sedona... More

We've been owners at the VOS since the 90's and we often trade our room for other destinations around the U.S., but this past March we decided to stay at our home resort. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the updates the property has made. We had a one bedroom/loft and it was very comfortable. There is... More

Lots of room for 2 couples in a 2 bedroom condo. lots of cupboard space for our groceries, etc. It was quiet, even tho we were by the pool and rec room. Even tho there are not washers/dryers in the units, we had no problem using their laundry facilities, which were not expensive. Well located in town, close to many... More

The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our condo was extremely clean, spacious and in an ideal location to explore all Sedona has to offer. During our stay there was a jewelry sale in the common room. Although the advertising flyer stated that the pieces were being offered at a huge discount don't be fooled! Everything was hugely... This our 2nd family trip to the Villas of Sedona. Everything was just fine but a couple of things really bugged me. #1 Why do I have to get my parking pass from the guy at the next desk that wants me to upgrade? #2 Why do I have to question the front desk staff as to how to turn... More

We have stayed here 3 times and have stayed in the same condo each time, as we like its location and quietness. The rooms are clean, large and well appointed. The facility is near enough to everything, including walking distance to one of the best restaurants in town, Troia's. This is just a great place to stay.

We stayed here Jan 4-8, 2014, and thought it was just the perfect place for our family of 4. We had a 2 bedroom villa and there was plenty of room. The main floor had the well appointed kitchen, living room, and dining room. We hung out there and had the fireplace on most evenings. The kids loved the spas... More
