We've stayed in a lo of timeshares over three decades, and this was one of the best ever. The duplex town house unit was beautifully decorated and was fully equipped. The staff was very helpful and didn't annoy us to sign up for a sales presentation, which many do. A great location for seeing beautiful Sedona. Only drawbacks were the... More

We had a 2 bedroom unit, which was actually a lockoff. The studio unit had a king sized bed with a lovely wooden headboard and footboard, a sleep sofa, enough kitchen supplies for 4. No oven, but a microwave and a hot plate with pots and pans were available for cooking. The bathroom had a tub/shower and a privacy wall... More

We booked a studio unit through RCI (ClubWyndham) and found it very satisfactory for 2 persons. The kitchen facilities were adequate and it was clean. The WiFi was usable at times, but usually quite slow. As a central location for seeing Sedona it was a great location.

DO NOT ACCEPT Unit 205! We arrived in Sedona during a rain storm, in the early evening so we didn't pay much attention to the location of our room until much later...after we had all unpacked and settled in. Most of the properties in Sedona Springs face inward to a beautiful park like area; 205 has a lovely view of... More

I was very impressed with the rentals here. We had a two bedroom that had a full kitchen, living room and an upstairs and downstairs master bedroom. Both bedrooms had full baths. he one upstairs had a bubble tub which was very relaxing. There were three porch/balcony areas. They have a pool and a hot tub that are both handicapped... More

We booked Sedona Springs through our RCI timeshare points. The suite was beautiful and exactly as advertised. The desk staff was efficient and friendly. There was absolutely no timeshare hassle or pitch. The pools were small, but lovely. There are also multiple hot tubs. There are many shops, including grocery stores nearby and the grounds are beautiful and well kept.... More

We stayed there during the last week of May. We upgraded from the studio to 1-BR condo by paying $175 for the entire week. Worth doing that. The one bedroom condos are beautiful, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well equipped. Has 1 1/2 bathrooms. Tge resort has three swimming pools - two outdoor and one indoor, all heated.... More

We had a 2 bedroom which, after reading other reviews on here, must be a studio and a 1 bedroom combined. Beautifully decorated and quiet when we were there 5/19. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Many great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

I gave this resort a 3-star review to get your attention in case you are thinking of staying in one of the studio units. In a word - Don't! I spent two sleepless nights in a studio until I moved to a one-bedroom unit. The studios are dark, long narrow rooms with a small window at one end. The window... More
