We stayed here overnight and really don't have anything bad to say about the place. They had a stream running through the two buildings and made falling asleep to the sound of water very soothing. The beds were soft and the lightening was low but they are trying to be environmentally friendly and I give them kudos for that effort.... more

Good: Excellent helpful staff, very easy internet connection, lots of towels, comfy beds, repeat customer discount, concierge, makeup mirror, LCD widescreen TV. Bad: Thin walls, internet connection is on high table that is uncomfortable for computer use from low chairs, beds may be too soft for some, no computer/printer in lobby. The staff was extremely helpful and even printed my... more

I should start off by saying I should have done a review sooner, but just registered with TripAdvisor today. The lodging here is surrounded by a wonderful view of one of Sedona's beautiful mountains, the swimming pool area is very nice, and the rooms themselves are nice and very clean. The continental breakfast is absolutely great, and it was always... more

The hotel was pretty nice for the amount we paid: $99/night. The first problem we had, though, was that the hotel, while being VERY pet-friendly, did not do a very good job of warning us upfront that we would have to pay a $30 pet fee. In fact, they didn't tell us at all until we got there. So, beware... more

From the moment I arrived I got awesome service. The rooms were spacious and clean but need a little updating. Also the beds were very comfortable. The staff was so accomodating and friendly that it made up for the fact that the towels were rough and the comforters may need to be replaced. I will return to this hotel without... more

Pros: 1. Nick at the front desk is the man (our hotel's microwave didn't work, so he upgraded us to a Suite for the entire stay!) 2. Suite is really sweet (very very spacious, great beds, fireplace, etc) 3. Continental breakfast is top notch (Make your own waffles, etc) 4. Room had a nice view of the red rocks 4.... more

Arrived on the 12th of November after getting a great rate at Hotel-US.com. The staff at the desk was great and the room was spacious and clean. The Conscierge(spelling) service was also outstanding and we scheduled our outings through them and were very satisfied with their recomendations. This is important when visiting Sedona, since if you stop at any of the... more

We had just come from a world class experience from The Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. It was a last minute trip so I emailed the hotel mid week for a weekend stay. Very polite and said they could accommodate us and a power chair, picked a nice suite with fireplace. 5 emails and 3 calls to confirm and we... more

Overall, this hotel was an excellent place to stay, especially for a family of five. I would recommend it to anyone. Rooms were clean and modern. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Rates were very competitive. Location was ideal. If I go to Sedona again, I will stay here again. more

After reading the reviews, we decided on this hotel. Of course, when the room we had reserved was on the second floor and we requested a first floor room, the only one available was a suite, the "Dreaded 411" across from the ice machine. I am here to tell you that this room is a prime location. It was quiet,... more
