Very pretty, large units that are alongside the creek. It's not a typical hotel or resort in that the units are all owned but rented out when not in use. Very large and a fireplace in living room and bedroom. Only downside is it's a little bit of a drive to town and if you are just a couple going,... More

Very nice, rustic place to stay. They call this property a "resort" but that is stretching it quite a bit. Our cabin was beautifully furnished - top class materials throughout. Fireplace in living room and bedroom. Bathroom was spacious and deluxe. Minor issues: restaurant was closed for the month of January, little provisions to buy in the lodge.

Our family of 4 people stayed at the junipine resort last week in December 2014. Our cabin had a native american theme decorated with many Native American arts in the cabin. The cabin had everything we needed, we were especially happy with the well-stocked kitchen, which made cooking very easy. Please do bring your own spices, as th cabin had... More

We stay at Junipine anytime we visit Sedona. Love the full service cabins. It has a full kitchen with refrigerator and pots and pans, etc. Cabin has a fireplace in the living and bedrooms. More homier than a "hotel" room. The only minor issue that we had during our stay this time was an alarm that went off in a... More

Moved to wonderful Phoenix and Arizona from Australia. Had a wonderful break away to the Junipine Resort! So enjoyed the tranquil setting, fabulous decks, and the wood burning fireplaces to enjoy over a glass of wine!! The suites are so roomy and well equipped. To top it off had the best omelette (trout from the local river!) I have ever... More

Junipine is located about 15 minutes outside of Sedona and 45 minutes from Flagstaff. If you're looking to spend time in both cities, it's nicely situated between both. But because it's not in either city, you're also going to be driving 15+ minutes for anything you need...groceries, gas, restaurants, and most hiking trails. As with most places in Sedona, it... Unbelievably nice and helpful customer service agent on arrival. He gave us detailed information about he Sedona area. The units are independently owned so the decor varies from room to room. Our unit #43 was a little outdated but very clean. They included firewood perfectly arranged with fire starter which was a nice way to spend the night with our... More

Dear UroDocSam: You must have spoken to Clint at check-in. He’s a fantastic representative of Junipine and I will be sure to pass your review on to him. I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed #43, and appreciated the wood-burning fireplaces. We are just a short drive from Uptown Sedona, and Clint and the rest of the staff are more... More

This was my first visit to Arizona. The Junipine resort is absolutely wonderful, from the high level of the accomodations to the staff. Sandy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with things to do. The restaurant staff was also great. We will be back.

Chose this resort over other places to stay in Sedona and so glad I did so! It's situated in between Flagstaff and Sedona in a very picturesque location. Our condo was very large, roomy and comfortable and soooo nice to return to after a long day. The staff at the resort was very accommodating, helpful and informative. It was wonderful... More

Some rooms are better than others! I was able to get one with a porch overhanging the creek! What a view, the sound of the creek was lulling. The resort is creek side, great trails for walking and hiking, photo opportunities galore! Restaurant on property, convenient as this area there are not a lot of options close by. Go here... More

Dear Valeriea54: It appears as though you reserved one of our creekview houses, and really enjoyed it. Thank you for your positive feedback. We agree with you regarding location, and you are correct in that we do get very busy in the spring and fall, so do reserve in advance. We appreciate you staying with us. More
