Wonderful, small hotel out of the congested area but close by for everything. Great value in an expensive place to stay. We didn't stay for breakfast but it was continental, there was a jacuzzi we also did not use. The folks were friendly and helpful with sightseeing suggestions and places to visit, they had maps to share as well.

Not five star, but only because it is an older hotel type inn. Everyone who works there is awesome. There are many places to sit outside and just enough parking. The coffee is great! The little white dog is charming. Loved the hard boiled eggs, who knew they would taste so good in the morning. The one problem I did... More

We stayed one night at this clean, comfortable Inn owned by Dick Curtis, a former Hollywood actor and star. He is charming, and engaging and aims to make his guests comfortable and welcome. The rooms were clean and except for the noisy air conditioner that kept kicking on and off, quite comfortable. The breakfast was adequate ( coffee, juice, fresh... More

Dear Carol: We are sorry your family did not enjoy your stay at the Baby Quail Inn. We strive to meet all of our guests needs and when your family reserved a queen room for 2 people and showed up with 5 instead, we gave you a complimentary up-grade to the largest room we had hoping to meet your needs.... Friendly staff, quiet room, good location.... Just as the reviews say. Very close to the road near the airport to watch the sunset. The rear rooms have nice seating areas outside (communal) that are awesome and shaded. We definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

We were just here one night but it was a fairly decent place rooms are a bit small but everything was clean the grounds are decent and it was actually a lot better than I expected for the price. One of the things that I really liked about the room is it there were plenty of electrical plugs everywhere so... More

We spent 5 nights here while I was taking glass classes. Our room was spotless, quiet and comfortable. We also had a "secret garden" patio right outside our room and each morning sat and listened to the birds while enjoying coffee. The hosts, Misty and Dick, treated us like valued house guests. They have put a lot of attention to... More

We stayed at this nice motel a couple of nights in Sedona. The room, while a bit on the small side were clean as was the bathroom. The owner was friendly and very enjoyable to talk to during breakfast. Great deal if you are not looking for something too fancy.

Reviews on Trip Advisor led us to the Baby Quail, as it offered much of what we look for in lodging, and we were not disappointed. Anyone looking for a homogenized, chain experience should look elsewhere, but anyone looking for a unique, charming B&B with plenty of personal attention will find they've come to the right place. As others have... More

I read a lot of material before I chose my destination in Sedona. I wanted a bed and breakfast in the middle of everything. Now when I think bed and breakfast I think quaint old house with updated bedrooms and a big dining room for breakfast. That was not what I saw when I got to Sedona. The building is a... More
