Although we did not get the chance to see the owners, the concierge was there and made us delicious breakfast each morning. From the patio you will have the most wonderful view you can imagine. With the red rocks at your view and the smell of the pine woods in front of you, you will discover the unique character that... More

This was the first time we stayed at the Apple Orchard Inn in Sedona. We stayed in the Mission Room and it was extremely nice and quiet. Jean, the owner, was incredibly helpful and such a great hostess. The breakfasts were wonderful, but the view from the back patio is breathtaking! They also have a small pool and hot tub.... More

Please read the review from travelling_professor1 as they are my words exactly when it comes to the definition of a B and B. My room had no pictures on line yet when I booked. It was nothing short of an old bedroom in someones house. 2 twin beds pushed together is NOT a king bed.i felt bad for the couple... More

First of all, if you're reading this, I am not sure if the picture by the review is meant to be the Apple Orchard inn. But I didn't recognise it as such! Bit misleading! We stayed for 2 nights and we were greeted with an envelope at the door as well! Our room was ok, albeit very 70s, and towels... More

What a delightful pleasant surprise the Apple Orchard Inn turned out to be....a true "Golden Nugget". Arrived late in the evening and was greeted by the owner of this wonderful Bed & Breakfast. Everything was in order and checking in was as simple as showing up. Room was very nice, comfortable and all the amenities one could expect even bathrobes...WOW... More

Our greeting upon arrival was very friendly and informative. We were allowed to check in early. Directions to our room were very complete and accurate. Parking, even for a large SUV, was very good. The view of Oak Creek was stunning. The creek side walk required traversing the property of another resort but was beautiful. We sat along the creek... More

Mixed reviews can be difficult to judge but, in this case, they speak to the mixed experience of staying at the Apple Orchard Inn. The location is lovely, close enough to Uptown to walk in yet far enough to enjoy the stars without city lights. Although the Inn is rather worn about the edges, the room itself was comfortable; we... More

Our trip started off with challenges including flight delays and luggage being lost, however, the owner was considerate enough to allow us "very late" arrival and left our instructions and keys in an easily accessible location. In addition to arriving late, an airline representative shows up with our luggage at approximately 4:30 a.m. Again, no complaints from the owner. We... More

I did a Sunday/Monday visit and was literally the only person on the premises. Was greeted by an envelope taped to the front door & did not see anyone until 8 am the next morning when the caretaker showed up to make breakfast. Breakfast was poor and the caretaker was on his cell scrubbing the grill the whole time I... More

Nice but over-priced for the experience. A friend and I visited Sedona early October 2013. The inn's location is great, the ambience charming, but the bed springs squeaked on each of our twin beds, the room was cramped for two occupants with one suitcase each, and the first morning's breakfast was soggy raisin french toast, additionally the coffee was mediocre...
