This place is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. We are going to move to scottsdale and they were very helpful with directions, where to live and gave us the names of some great restaurants! We stayed here last year for two weeks and the other reviews seem out of place to me. We always had a... more

Traveled here on a gov project and had a great time at the hotel. The location is great and they have Marriott-quality rooms. The best part was the service. The employees really go above and beyond. The bartender was incredible and knew everybody's names by the end of the night. I love that! more

I stayed here while attending a conference at a hotel a mile or so up Scottsdale Blvd. It was cheaper than the non-conference rate at the conference hotel. All things considered, I thought this Courtyard was very typical of other Courtyards I'd stayed at. The location was excellent for strolling nearby shops in Old Town Scottsdale. About the only negative... more

I stayed here for business and while overall my stay was okay, I did find a need for areas of improvement. The location is great- less than a block away from Old Town Scottsdale and close to many restaurants, bars, etc. My room was fairly large, although my bathroom shower curtain and tub were pretty dirty. The walls were really... more

We pricelined this hotel and got a rate of $60 per night. The room was nice enough with a king bed and pull-out sofa. My big complaint was with the pool. My kids wanted to swim, but the pool was freezing. I asked several times to turn up the heat as it is advertised as a heated pool. They finally... more

beds were horrible: mattresses coming off the base, sheets coming off. room was small with no refrigerator or microwave. has a great location but a small pool. we never ate at the restaurant but the prices were inexpensive. complimentary coffee in the lobby was usually lukewarm. more

I believe this is my first stay at a Courtyard. The property was nice enough, but I was expecting a free breakfast which was not offered. The expectation on my part may have been wrong, but if Hampton Inns offer breakfast, I would think Courtyard's could. In any event, my real problem with the property was the excessively loud room... more

Stayed as part of a tour and found the hotel to be very clean and very friendly. Staff excellent and the pool very refreshing after a day on the tour bus. It was a nice touch to be offered free cookies, soft drinks and coffee. This may not mean much to americans, but coming from the UK where you pay... more

My friend and I were lucky enough to get tickets to the Super Bowl this year so we decided to stay in Scottsdale instead of Glendale where the game was. There is so much to do right by this particular hotel that you really dont need a car, great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff was really cool... more
