3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 14, 2013 NEW

The maid service was terrible; left ice bucket full of water, towels not removed, etc. Curtain had a 3 inch hole in it, rusty tub, very loud air conditioner. Most of the remodel appears to be cosmetic. Took my wife there, but in the future I would recommend the place for business travel only. Nice bistro but expensive. You can... More

Apart from the Scottsdale Old Town location, the $211 cost was high, considering the tired look of the place. The rooms are a nice size but no refrigerator and a noisy air conditioner that went on and off very frequently. We could hear bathtubs emptying and pipes running. There is limited parking on the north side of the hotel but... More

Love staying at this property when I'm in Scottsdale. And the new renovations/rebranding makes it even more so. Love the Bistro. Way more convenient for more healthy breakfast options than the buffet. As others have mentioned the close proximity to Old Town makes it perfect for partaking of Old Town shopping, eating and reverie. But, given its location on N... More

Thank you for being a fan of my hotel - I love that! I appreciate the time you took to provide feedback about your stays with us. So glad that you love the Bistro and the healthy options it provides - the most popular breakfast is the Healthy Start sandwich. Our location in Old Town is so much fun with... More

The location of this hotel was close to the old town section of Scottsdale. The hotel did not have some of the amenities I've come to expect from a Courtyard hotel. It must be one of their older fascilities. Having said that, the staff was friendly and helpful. My room and all of the common areas were very clean and... More

We stayed one night. The reception are was well laid out with a small comfortable TV area for those who wanted to watch the games. A well stocked library had interesting books -not just the paperbacks left behind by clients. There was a coffee shop as well which served a perfectly adequate breakfast. We used this hotel as a springing... More

Check in was fast and easy, location was great for access to the galleries, shops, restaurants, etc. Pool and hot tub were ok. If you want to lay out and get some sun, the pool is in the courtyard area and much of the sun is blocked by the building most of the day. That may be on purpose since... More

Stayed here in early April, all in all good accommodations. The Front Desk staff where very friendly and had no problem with an early check-in. The Hotel was clean and modern, no issues with the room. The property is located only 4 or so blocks from Scottsdale Old town, so an easy walk to many restaurants and bars.

The Courtyard by Marriott brand is being re-branded and renovations are starting around the country, but I would advise travelers to wait awhile before booking this property. Location is good and close to the hospital and civic center. I was in town for baseball spring training and it is very close to the Giants home stadium. About the only place I could find a hotel room at during spring training for baseball. Walked up to Old Town for dinner at some sports bars. Great walk when the weather is nice out, don't walk any where when its the middle of summer!
