Really liked this hotel. Breakfast buffet is extensive and high quality, the rooms are spacious. Wifi and parking is free and they don't have room service but do have a decent food selection downstairs. As others have mentioned the a/c is loud (though you can turn it off of course) and the location is ok, but certainly not too picturesque. more

We stayed two nights at the Hyatt Place. The front desk service could not have been better. The king room has a separate sitting area including with a desk, mini fridge and desk. Very interesting and functional layout. Good breakfast included. Near to Old Towne and readily accessible to Scottsdale Road which takes you everywhere in Scottsdale. more

The hotel and room had a new trendy decor that was hard for me to get with but was still really nice and clean. There is nothing grimy about this hotel. The rooms are great inside.
