We are stayed at the hotel in December and had an okay experience. The facilities and grounds are well kept and the rooms were updated. I just recently completed a golf trip to Scottsdale and we could have not been more pleased with our stay at the Phoenician. We have an annual trip usually at Kiawah Island but we wanted to do something differnt this year. We just returned from the Phoenician for a convention and it was fabulous. The service was excellent and every amenity was provided. Granted, it was expensive, however, it was worth it. I'd highly recommend the spa and pool area. Heaven on earth! more
