It is truly a 5 star hotel. The facilities were gorgeous, the room was modern, clean and well equipped with a flat HD 42" screen TV, a nice espresso machine, and iPod dock. Lots of room and service was excellent. Will stay there again if we can afford to spend over $200/night! It is worth the cost! More

I also was there for a conference The property is beautiful and very large Be prepared to walk alot. My room was nice and large but there was alot of noise from the airconditioning unit which made a loud noise very time it kicked on. The whole going green thing is nice but I only had one towel. Of course... More

Our stay at this property started out well, it just didn't continue that way. There were numerous uniformed, helpful people at the door and in reception when we arrived. Our "casita" wasn't ready, but that was okay - we were early. The common areas of the property appeared to be beautiful and cared for. Things went downhill after we went... More

I stayed in the hotel for a conference I attended and my husband came along. Overall, it was a nice property. My check-in expeirence was great, a young lady was very patient in helping locating a room to our satisfaction, and took the time to explain everything including the Fairmont membership. The rooms are not big, but the design is... More

From the moment you arrive, the service is spectacular. The property is beautiful, a bit large and complicated to navigate, but overall a wonderful place to stay. We upgraded our room to one overlooking the pool. The weather was great during the day and cool at night. Plenty of "warming" stations everywhere. Most of our eating was off property, but... More

We made a quick trip to Arizona in search for some sun. The Fairmont has large grounds where we enjoyed a nice walk in the morning and then sat outside with a drink at night at their outdoor fire pits. They even have a pond you can fish in which was a favorite for our son. You can rent the... More

The lagoons are a wonderful attraction for guests of all ages and our five heated swimming pools make for a lovely treat during winter escapes. We hope you will stay will us again in the future... The cold reference was to the lack of intimacy at this property. After the bell staff walked us to our room (which is not a bad idea given the complexity of navigating the grounds), we felt rather disconnected. Not sure how else to say it; we did not feel that way after staying at the Biltmore a couple of years... More

We went to the LV Bistro on Christmas day for dinner. Unfortunately we had been seated for 10 - 15 minutes before anyone even came by. A server from another section asked us if we had been served and we said NO. She apologized and got our server quickly who was embarrassed and offered us a complimentary glass of wine... More

I had not stayed at the Princess in several years but I had always thought it was one of my favorite resorts. This recent stay was again terrific. I attended a conference and the hotel was still great. The service is spectacular as well. They have done some very nice renovations that have really kept up with the times. It's... More

2nd time i have stayed there. Wonderful hotel, location and staff. I was suprised that they have gated the parking lot to hit you with a $10 a night fee. And $14 for wireless access. I mean come on, it's a five star resort do we really have to dip to nickel and dime stuff. This is not NY or... More
