Beautiful resort. Wonderful golf course. Had an issue with toilet, but they fixed it within 15 minutes... Great service. Friendly staff. Yes, you probably will have to park a walking distance from your room, but you can always ask for a bellman to take you in their golf carts just like they do when you check in. I would definitely... It's been a year since our last stay at this property and we were again pleased with the service and quality of the accomodations! We've designated this resort as our go-to destination when we travel to Scottsdale for special events. We don't golf when we come but we always wish we had brought our clubs along! The course is beautiful... More

This resort is beautiful and near everything. The checkin was fast and easy. The conserges were especially helpful about places to eat, things to see, and how to get to the Barrett/Jackson auto auction. All the staff we met were pleasant and professional. Tried the cafe once and was not impressed, would not go again.

Stayed in a corner room, overlooking the golf course. Comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and complimentary use of the putting greens. Great location for exploring Scottsdale, Mesa and Phoenix with nice restaurants close by! Didn't use the pool, because it was populated with a men's baseball team. Convenient computer and printer for airline check-in. Complimentary videos available at the front desk.... More

An embarrassment for Interval International members used to staying at Gold Resorts! The furniture in the units (which is minimal) have to be from the 1960s- chipped blonde wood, glass topped, and not functional at all. 4 person unit (BR and pull out sofa) has 30 inch round "dining" table with TWO chairs, one small coffee table, and one end... We were looking for a central location while visiting Phoenix and were given this recommendation by Interval International personnel. First off let me say that Wyndham Resorts have now taken over ownership of The Orange Tree Golf Resort; previously it was a Shell Vacation Club Resort. This was our first experience with either..... What we liked: The Resort staff were... More

I just traded a Marriott platinum 2 bedroom timeshare week for this resort. I checked in late Friday evening and checked out at 6:00am Saturday and drove back home. There goes a couple thousand bucks. Upon arrival I was told that the pool was down for renovation - but I could use the budget hotel's down the block. Really? I... More

Dear Phil E, I want to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent stay at our property. This resort is average. We come to Phoenix to get away from the cold winter and try to stay at resorts that make it feel like home away from home. We stayed in a studio. It didn't have a stove which was disappointing. Rooms were clean but not what I expected. Parking is not convenient and the workout room is... More

Dear MissERM, Thank you for providing feedback based on your recent stay with us. Phoenix does provide a great getaway from cold winters elsewhere, even though we are bundled up, it is always a joy to see our out of town guests soaking up the crisp sunshine this time of year. I am happy to report that beginning this year... More

We had a girls weekend and so the location was good for us meeting up with friends in locations around Scottsdale. He layout of the resort itself is tough, especially if you cannot walk very far. The buildings are numbered thru 8. There is no parking past building 4. And those are few- so anything beyond that will be a... More

We have been here many times. It seems that the check in procedure is getting very cumbersome. If a guest has driven several hours to get to the resort, or even worse had to fly to Phoenix, the only thing they want to do is get to their condo. Not possible. After checking in, you are required to go to... More
