My family and I stayed at this hotel recently and we loved it! The suites are large, the service is outstanding & the neighborhood was perfect for our mini vacation. My 5 year old and 3 year old had a blast playing in the pool and in the large courtyard surrounding the pool. We can't wait to go back! more

Althugh the suite was fine, customer service is TERRIBLE! After finding unexplained charges on my credit card I attempted to find an explanation. The front desk could not help as they have no 'authority' and I was told only the manager could satisfy my request for an explanation of the bill. We ended up at this property for the night through a Priceline bid. Priceline claims this place is a three star hotel, I wouldn't agree - more like two. We did get a good deal on price though... FLEA MARKET, AVOID !!! Very small suites (?) with the loudest airconditioning I have had in 15 hotels on this vacation. Very old and partly not very clean either.
