Our two night stay had been pre-paid at Orbitz but upon arrival at the hotel we were presented with a $16.00 per person per day surcharge. This effectively added 22.2% to the cost of the room. A very shabby policy on the part of the Scottsdale Resort and Conference Center and Orbiz. more

I was very pleased with my stay. It is a beautiful resort, and I got a great rate on Priceline. I went into it with realistic expectations, and was very impressed with the service and resort. This hotel had good rates but we wouldn't consider it 4 stars.....maybe 3 stars at very best. It is very old and needs to be updated. Probably good for conferences but I would definitely stay somewhere else for a fun weekend trip. We ended up going to other hotels nearby to eat and lay out by the pool. more
