This is our second time staying here. What a treat it was! From the extremely courteous hotel staff, to the elegantly appointed rooms, this resort is one of the better ones in the valley. My fiancee and I live here in Gilbert, AZ and we like to "get away" from time to time on our weekends and we choose to... more

I loved this resort! We spent our first two nights as a married couple and were completely in love with the resort's southwest beautiful decor. The king room was comfortable, well decorated and always clean. The staff was helpful in all our requests. The only complaint I have is that the valet wasn't always ready to take our car when... more

My mom and I (with my 10 month old) met in Scottsdale for the weekend to attend my friends wedding. We were truly amazed with this resort. The rooms were large (and even had a little extra room for me to put my baby's bed) and nicely decorated. I've traveled the world and found this to be up there on... more

After a long road trip we were wonderfully surprised upon our arrival at the Scottsdale Resort. This resort is simply beautiful nesteled between a golf course and residential town homes. It is away from the main roads and so very peaceful. The valet and front desk staff were very courteous and helpful, checking us in quickly and bringing our bags... more

My husband and I decided to escape the New England chill for some warmth. The staff went out of their way for us. The location is ideal for walking when one does not want the gym. If one gets the chance, do partake in Sunday brunch. Great experience. more

Overall, some good but also not great things to comment regarding this resort. I attended a conference with colleagues at this resort early Sept 2009. So I did not have a chance to experience the resort amentities (golf, spa, pool, etc). Good things: nice size comfortable clean room, turn-down evening service, good daily maid service, alot of cable tv channels,... more

7 of us had dinner at the Palm Court tonight and the fish was cold, the chicken was good and the veal was the worst we have ever had. The white flour was still on the uncooked veal. No one came to check on us so no chance to get another entry. Very disappointing--we will not be back. more

Hello, My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel last week (8/23-8/25). I must say we were pleasantly surprised. Based on the rate that we paid ( @ $50.00/nt. excluding the resort fee and taxes), I was not expecting to stay in such a nice place. The room was very nice and had plenty of... more

I stayed one night... got the room on Priceline for $60 (same price as the actual hotel website itself). It's for the most part very well maintained, but the hallways and rooms remind me of the places where we'd stay on family vacations in the mid '70s. If you remember those trips fondly, you will like this place. If not,... more

As I drove in, the hotel brought me back to old Scottsdale, prior to the huge resorts they now have- it must have seemed like such a grand conference center when it was first built! That is not to say it is not beautiful today... I stayed during the summer, so got an excellent rate on the room and felt... more
