If you are looking for a weekend for Tennis / golf / workout/ SPA this place is good. The rates are reasonable, good restaurant with entertainment in comfortable surroundings. The service was good. I had a smaller single room which was comfortable, but the air conditioning was very loud.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It was a pleasure to host another tennis tournament's participants and guests, and a joy to see both the Athletic Club and Resort being used by the whole group! The hospitality suite going out to the pool appeared to be a real hit. We have addressed your concern about the loud air... More

Thank goodness for TravelZoo here, for if it weren't for the smoking deal we got on a 2 night voucher, I would have been very angry spending the rack rate for this property. I'm of the opinion the family that owns this resort if operating under some sort of twisted business model. I say this because it's evident reading through... More

We are truly sorry for not measuring up to your expectations. Your request to change rooms obviously found us unprepared. We were able to offer the great deal you experienced because of the seasonal lull. On a positive note, we are in the process of upgrading, refurbishing, and doing restorations. Most visitors appreciate our resort location alongside the golf course... More

A travelzoo voucher deal led us here and were glad to know about the SRAC. The one bedroom villa was a generous one bedroom apartment. We really appreciated the full size furniture and room to spread out. More room, almost double, than in an Residence inn efficiency type one bedroom. Full kitchen had all the necessaries. Nice amenities. Appreciated both... More

I booked 2 nights on a travelzoo last month. Our room was HUGE! Full kitchen, laundry, living room, dining room, patio (with ceiling fan) and bathroom with jetted tub. Granite counters and fireplace! The pool was small, but quiet and tranquil. I got a mani/pedi at the spa and it was wonderful. We even used the adjacent gym. My only... More

We have never stayed at this hotel before. It was a pleasant surprise. Very low-key, beautiful condo like setting, nice smaller pool, great tennis courts and workout facility. Very close to Talkingstick spring training field. Very close to shopping and eating

when we pulled up to this so called resort, I thought our GPS must have made a mistake. It looked like a low end Motel from the outside. though there was lots of room, the quality of the furnishings were inferior. After seeing the other resorts in Scottsdale with fine dining restaurants I would never choose this place again. On... More

I am sorry to hear that we did not live up to your expectations, yet happy to know that you did enjoy your experience at our Eurasia Spa. We are set back from the street requiring you drive through the parking lot of our neighboring tennis club. This places us nearer to the adjacent golf course which offers guests quieter... More

As with several of other reviewers, I have never written a review before, but felt compelled to do so to prevent others from making a mistake by staying here. I booked online through their website, for 1 adult and 2 children. It gave me the option of a standard room. Upon check in, there was only one bed in the... More

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. It is unfortunate that we were unable to satisfy your needs, after our discussions and the accommodations made on your behalf. As stated, our reservation system does not account for unavailable rooms in our inventory, thus any inquiry to available different room types was nothing more than the situation at... More

We came down with several other families for a 5-night stay, and we have never been so disappointed in a hotel at this price range. As other reviewers have mentioned, the pull-out sofa bed was unsleepable, and despite the "resort" manager's response below, our children were unable to sleep in it. When a website/reservation promises accommodations for 4 people, we... More

We apologize that your stay was less than perfect, and know that my staff works hard to make every guest's needs met. I will personally review your concerns with the staff. We've recently adjusted our website's description to better define the sleeping accommodations. Many families find additional comfort by adding a second bedroom to their reservation, which is always offered... More

These were clearly apartments that were then turned into hotels. The show door opens and the shower head faces you so there is no way to actually turn on the shower without getting sprayed with cold water. One of the lamps didn't work in our room and they were very stingy on the towels. They didn't give us any hand... More

Beautiful rooms, large, nicely designed with fireplace and .it is close to spring training i in Scottsdale. Many tennis courts on the grounds and exercise classes offered but Wish there were more fitness classes available in the morning. Couldn't find a class offered on Thursday morning . Breakfast was very good .
