The parking pass sales tip that everyone complains about is true, which is really too bad, since the property is quite nice. We never displayed the parking pass the whole week we were there and no one said anything? The concierge is a total pain in the butt, the local information we got from "Peggy" the pest was actually very... More

I have exchanged my time share ALOT and never have been harassed like this. Like others mentioned , the "parking pass" is a scam to book an 1 1/2 tour to show you their diamond property. They really don't know anything about the area, I actually got better prices on the tours than they could. Carey was our "concierge" and... More

Did not expect such a below average stay in Scottsdale. When checking into the Scottsdale Villa Mirage they immediately direct you to the concierge desk to "pick up your parking pass" which translates to timeshare sales pitch, whether you are currently an owner or not. Very pushy! The goal is to get you to upgrade when really this property needs... More

My wife and I had never been to Arizona before and were pleasantly surprised. The weather was great, we enjoyed the scenery and the resort was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and our room was immaculate. We look forward to going back again.

The resort lived up to our expectations. Nice, large units. Good King beds, Clean. Excellent pool areas. The daily calls for us to attend a tour were annoying when what we wanted was a peaceful vacation. Could use updated TVs.

i posted my review earlier in the year but i see it has been removed......last true family vacation as kids off to college next year....huge disappointment....long wait at checkin, solicitation for time share....keys did work in our door,..for 2 days any time we wanted in our room we had to call someone to open the door.....no restaurant, no lounge, small... This resort is one of the second to worst one (the worst one being the scottsdale links resort- owned by the same owner). The pool is small, and packed with babies in diapers. They will tell you that there is a kiddie pool but no one enforces it so all the loser parents brings their 3 month old and let... More

My husband and I have visited many timeshares and vacation rentals, and I can say that because of the lousy customer service, this was the worst I have ever visited. I was very displeased with my experience. Check in was a debacle at best. There was a problem that required the manager's attention; instead of the manager coming over to... More

This resort was reasonably priced and the location was close to shopping, restaurants, etc. This was our first trip to the Phoenix area and while Scottsdale was about a 50 minute drive from Gateway Airport, not too bad. Our room was the studio, 3rd floor unit. The Unit was clean and pleasantly decorated. No bath tub, Only shower, however, the... More

went to the villa mirage for our honeymoon, and couldn't have been happier. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, the concierge staff took care of everything we needed, they made our reservations to the Charthouse retaraunt and bought our desert for us. I would recomend this resort to anybody who wants to be well cared... More
