This is a quiet resort off the beaten path (a little hard to find the first time). We only had a studio unit, but it was much better than many we have had. It was roomy, with lots of places to store your gear. As it is all one room, I would recommend booking a true one bedroom for the... More

I used the website ResortTime.com and booked a suite in this resport for four nights. I paid 180.00 per night and never received housekeeping service the entire 4 day stay. The pictures of the suites in this resort are of the rooms members will get. As a non-member of the resort, I was put in a much smaller room that... More

We stayed at the Villa Mirage in March 2010 for our first spring training trip. The location is nice, rooms were excellent, the resort was nice looking. It's a little off the patch, so make sure you have a GPS or good directions to it's location. The employee's were good, AS LONG YOU REMEMBER THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL, so... More

I sent my husband to check-in. The lady came out to talk me into the Owners Update (they had just bought ILX resorts). She showed me what times were available so I said OK to the morning of our last day ($75 gift card). Although I had requested 1st floor, we were on the 2nd floor of building 7. The... More

The place is a great location and a wonderfully appointed facility. The unit was spacious and very clean and quiet. I was prepared for the check-in process to be a challenge, based on previous reviewers. It was the worst we have ever experienced any place we have used our timeshare exchange options. I stated 4 times to the "activities" person... More

After a long day of travel we just wanted to get our room and find a restaurant nearby. Instead, after check in we were sent to the "Concierge" for a "parking pass" first. Didn't take long to realize she was not interested in enhancing our stay, but coercing us to attend a presentation to buy into the property. Beware timid... More

The Scottsdale Villa Mirage was a wonderful place to stay. We stayed in one of the newly renovated 2 bedroom suites which was the perfect amount of space for 4 adults and 2 small children. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The pool was perfect and my 2 year old absolutely loved the splash ground next... More

I stayed at the Scottsdale Villa Mirage with my 3 young children, ages 4/4/7. The accomodations were very spacious, we stayed in a 2 bedroom. I stayed in the master bedroom and the children slept in the 2nd bedroom - there was a king size bed and a double pull out couch. The accomodations are new, clean and modern. The... More

The parking pass sales tip that everyone complains about is true, which is really too bad, since the property is quite nice. We never displayed the parking pass the whole week we were there and no one said anything? The concierge is a total pain in the butt, the local information we got from "Peggy" the pest was actually very... More
