Only 18 miles from Phoenix airport, this resort is just far enough out to be quiet, but near enough to shops, restaurants and attractions. Just off the main highway, it is relatively easy to find (even though we arrived in the dark!). As expected the quality of the accommodation was top notch but the only drawback for us was that... We begin our poor service by standing in line for 20 minutes listening to the pitch on getting a condo. After refusing a few times, they inform us our room is not ready for another hour. We go to the pool, which is filled with, I counted, 40 people. There were so many chemicals that we didn't stay in long.... More

We are Diamond owners and were constantly bombarded by the screaming , stomping across the floor kids, day and night....so much for the cozy, private getaway we had planned. We love kids, but when we want to have R&R and fun with romance, this doesn't get it. When my husband complained at check out he was told, "We hear that... More

Resort is in good location within easy driving distance of all conveniences. Not in good walking distance to much of anything. If you are able to reserve one of the upstairs units facing N you may get a great mountain view! Hang out on the balcony early in the morning and you may get to see some unique wildlife. Clean... We stayed at the Villa Mirage for a week through an Interval International Getaway. We'd stayed there once before for 2 nights in a studio, but this time we were in a one bedroom for a week. We had no problems checking in, although we had to wait for a bit for the cleaning. The front desk was awesome! They... More

First, make sure to ask for a renovated room. I'm not sure what the non-renovated rooms looked like, but the renovated one was quite comfortable. Also, the location was very safe & convenient. Staff at the front desk, pool-side, and even sales people were very personable and friendly. I'd go back again, if I hadn't vowed not to back to... More

I just returned from a one-week stay at this property. Having read the reviews, I was prepared to be approached by aggressive time share personnel at check-in. I lucked out because the lobby was crowded and all the sales personnel were occupied. Unfortunately, my relief at avoiding this part of the check-in process was short lived because someone called each... More

We were able to get a 1 bedroom renovated room. The room was excellent! The check-in was fine. We were sent to concierge. We had a person who was very helpful. She helped plan out our week. When she found out we were going to Grand Canyon and Sedona, she indicated we could stay at their place in Sedona in... More

Mu husband, sister-in-law and brother-in-law stayed here for 6 nights in November. PROS: Room was HUGE! We requested a renovated room and were so glad we did! Everything was brand new, clean, and comfortable. Gym and pool were small but nice. CONS: We had one day of sun, and all of the pool chairs were gone in a heartbeat. Would... More

After seeing the mixed reviews, we were a bit wary of this location, but from start to finish we had excellent service for a timeshare. Seems this is also the place for extended guests. Check in was speedy and painless (suprisingly comparible to Hilton Honors). A break, after what we read. We experienced NO PRESSURE regarding time share/or tours of... More
