The grounds are pretty nice, with the pools, although the chairs are pretty dirty overall. The buildings feel very cold and the color doesn't really lighten them up much since the architecture is so drab. Te carpeting on the floors feels old and dirty. The rooms are ok. The best thing about the room we had was the bed which... More

The hotel looks better in the photos. I know that can be said about all hotels but this one was a little shabbier in reality. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the pool areas are fun. Without doubt it's best feature is it's proximity to Old Town Scottsdale. Main Street is a 5 minute walk... More

You can always find your room by the color of the door:)...the Big pool is fun and relaxing. The front desk is always very friendly. Distrito the drinks are good and the food is oh so good. It is in a perfect location for walking around Old Scottsdale.

Stayed one night due to our house construction project. This hotel is in the perfect location to experience Old Town. Room was good size and very clean. Pool was great as was the pool bartender Lou. I had a problem with a charge from the hotel but sent an email and a credit was promptly issued to my credit card.... More

I had a great three-night stay at the Saguaro. The staff is absolutely lovely - from the accommodating individuals at the front desk, to the charming baristas at the coffee stand, the absolutely hysterical team poolside helping everyone with ice for the ice bucket challenge (which was great to keep with pool cool while it was 100+), to the helpful... I feels stay in the resort. The hotel is very colorful as usual. It's Saguaro! The location is good, easy to get the downtown just walk or you can rent bike (it's free). The air conditioner is good, it's important because Scottsdale is very warm. I like the pool! The hotel have 2 pools, both are nice to relax. The... More

First off I had an unexpected Resort charge above what I had bargained for on line. The room had seen it's better day and had no resort feel to it. The A/C was exceptionally noisy, my wife thought there was a noisy truck outside. If you like the smell of hydraulic fluid you'll get a good dose in the elevator.... More

Stayed on a Friday night for a staycation. This hotel is in a great location to enjoy the Scottsdale nightlife, restaurants and shopping. The decor is retro and kitchy making the hotel unique, The pool area is great and relaxing. The restaurant is really good quality mexican-american but very overpriced. The restaurant is by chef Jose Garces, so you are... More

I love the location of The Saguaro in the heart of Old Town. You can walk to bars, restaurants, museums, shopping, galleries. The pool areas - there is a larger one that is a favorite hangout during busy season and a smaller one that is a great spot to relax - are beautiful and the pools clean. The bright colors... More
