My room had a pleasant "difference" about it. Everything was so spacious. Full width folding doors closing off the bedroom with spacious bathroom and walk-in wardrobe behind it. Ample space to put things. Actually, it was a fully-furnished and equipped suite. Very comfortable, plenty of window, good lighting. The outdoors had a peaceful ambiance with lush manicured grass beside footpaths... More

Always love staying here. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants of Old Town. Also walking distance to Scottsdale Stadium, home of San Francisco Giants preseason games. Therefore, if you want a two bedroom suite (which is why we pick this hotel) during preseason baseball you need to book early. Many of the guests come every year. Staff is... More

Having tried another hotel as well as a condo in the Old Town area of Scottsdale, this is by far the best choice for our party of four. We stay in a trio suite which has one king bed room and one room with two oversized twins. Both have their own bathrooms which makes getting ready in the morning a... More

Not bad, but not great for $322 (with taxes) price tag for one night, for a room with small kitchen and sitting area. Walking distance to old town restaurants and shops. Small pool. Room clean, and good size. Nice dog walk area. Breakfast plentiful options and omelet station, coffee not up to my standards, but I'm a coffee snob. 😉... More

As a travel pro at DM Vacation I always rate hotels based on their advertised quality. This hotel certainly has met and exceeded what they advertised. The hotel has a very good location if you want to walk around and explore Old Scottsdale. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Their was ample free parking and the hotel was... This Hyatt has been upgraded since I stayed here last. Love the full kitchen and separate bedroom. Stayed here a week on business. Nice quiet place to settle in after a long day at work. One thing to be aware of, there are no elevators here so you have to pack your bags up the stairs. Friendly staff.

Stayed here for a spring training trip and enjoyed our visit. Convenient 5 minute walk to Old Town restaurants and 15 minutes to Scottsdale Stadium. Rooms are great and breakfast included is good. The pool area and exercise room are small for the size of the hotel but adequate. Rooms along Drinkwater Rd. can be noisy at night with traffic... More

Really nice room with great kitchen. Perfect for a family, Kids slept on pull-out sofa bed in living area adjacent to kitchen. Only problem with that is they had to cross through parent sleeping area to get to bathroom. Very quiet, despite whole hockey team and other teams staying there. Decent/average breakfast.

I love the Hyatt House concept! Instead of a hotel room, you get a mini apartment complete with stove, refrigerator, sink, dishes. You also get your own living room with a sofa and a big TV, along with a bedroom and bathroom. These hotels are very comfortable, especially if you like having food and a refrigerator in your hotel room.... More

Thank you for the review! Although our housekeeping department works very hard for first class service, they do appreciate feedback which I will share with them. We always want to be better. Thanks again! More

It was great having everyone for Super Bowl XLIX. It was a blast that weekend and all our guests made it fun for the staff too. Thanks and hope to see you back soon! More
