My husband set up this trip for our 25th wedding anniversary. We had been to one B&B in our home state, we didn't feel we were B&B people. However, when he told me it was one couple at a time and the seclusion and privacy we'd have, I was very excited. Billie and Johnny were absolute gems, they left us... more

Stayed here in October 2008. Very spacious and comfortable upper floor suite with everything you could wish for. The suite is decorated in a south western theme and has lots of interesting touches, including a huge hand made bed which is very comfortable. Billie and Jonnie are gracious hosts who made us feel very welcome -espeically as we arrived late... more

Most Romantic 35th Wedding Anniversary at the Hideout at RedBuck Ranch I did not know what to do for our 35th Wedding anniversary, so I came up with a treasure hunt for my wife. Envelope #1 was a manicure and pedicure Envelope # 2 was a 1 1/2 hour massage Envelope #3 was a trip to shop for a new... more

We just returned from 5 "perfect" days at The Hideout at RedBuck Ranch. Where do I begin? The desert setting is magical, and the dirt road leading into the ranch sets the table for your adventure. The owners,Billie and Jonny, are 2 of the nicest and interesting people that you will ever meet, and make you feel as if you are home. What... more

This wonderful B&B is situated in the desert, on the outskirts of Phoenix. It is surrounded by exceptional vistas and clear starry skies, far away from the bustle of the city. Billie and Johnny are the hosts and are a complete delight. They are quick with a story of the Old West and Billie's charm makes for wonderful conversation. They... more

My husband and I stayed at the Hideout at RedBuck Ranch during a recent stay in Scottsdale. We've been to the area several times but this was the first time we stayed at the ranch. We were looking for a place where we felt well taken care of and able to relax and the Hideout provided exactly what we sought.... more

John and Billie run a first class B&B. The place is great. The pool and hot tub with the mountain view is wonderful. They treat you like a friend and are always helpful with ideas that help make your stay to the area more enjoyable. The Hideout as they call it, is the most relaxing place to read or write.... more

We arrived at the RBR in a Arizona monsoon rain storm, which never having experienced the beauty of this particular event and being from the northwest ( the rain belt) I couldn't believe the intensity of the sky. The jade green backdrop along with the spiny fingers of lighting and pelting rain made this adventure a milestone for me and... more

You can just about imagine what the place looked like when Billie and Johnnie first built Redbuck, when there wasn't another property for miles. Now the houses are starting to encroach, but the place still feels so remote that you could be on your own, in the middle of nowhere. If you want to be able to walk to the... more

We stayed at the Redbuck Ranch (a.k.a. The Hideout) in late August and early September of 2007 for a total 7 days. This review could be pages and pages long filled with compliments, but I will limit it to my favorite things. First off, the owners Billie and Johnnie, are wonderful, wonderful people. They treated us with such respect, and... more
