Grounds and pool were very well kept but the room was tiny and outdated. Definitely not a four star resort room, reminded me more of a motel 8 room. If I paid anything more than $50 for the room I would have been very upset and left. They also try to charge an additional $17 resort fee, luckily priceline paid... more

We were looking for some good place to stay in Phoenix which we used for 2 days as a gateway to our trips through Arizona. Initially this was not at all on my radar as the usual price was around $160 which I was not ready to shed out for a place where I will barely sleep for two nights.... more

I was pleasantly surprised at our accommodations, this is a nice hotel in a nice area. It is huge, although it is an older resort, the staff keep it clean. Rooms are close to each other and you can hear your neighbours, we could hear a phone conversation from room next to us clearly. We had the King Suite with... more

Let me start by saying we got this hotel from Priceline for under sixty dollars. That makes me feel A LOT better about the hotel. Had we paid full price I would have been much much less impressed. The Good: - the price - it was quiet when we were there, we were able to have the 'villa pool' all... more

got there, place looked nice, nice pools, rooms were fine. thought i was in for a great stay, until they started pecking at my wallet like a pack of vultures. Breakfast was 11 bucks for a continental breakfast. One day they said the "guy" didnt show up, so their was no breakfast. They pointed us towards the menu, $4 for... more

This has been one fo the most enjoyable stays I have ever had by myself. The staff is so attentive and personable. I have not had to ask for anything, they are all mind readers. more

This was a nice facility and the staff was great. Only one proplem. We had to call for towles everyday. They would come clean and leave one set of towles, wehn we listed three as being in the room. It varied sometimes their would be three big towels, two medium and one face towel. Or Two big, one medium and... more

Aug 8, 2009 | Trip type: Family

I stayed with my family in April 2009. The rooms were huge, well appointed, perhaps slightly dated but that should not worry any traveller. The hotel facilities were excellent, lovely pools, tennis courts, and at the time of our visit, the resort was empty (about 10% occupancy), Location is good in the midst of Scottsdale just a short drive away... more

They try to be a fancy resort, but its just a used-to-be resort thats gone down hill and turned into a 3 star hotel. I would have rather stayed at best western. This place doesn't have a microwave or refrigerator in the room, The air conditioner was INCREDIBLY loud, very dated rooms, and they charge for internet access. parking wasn't... more
