My husband & I stayed at the Best Western Apache Gold Hotel in San Carlos for one night. Our room was right next to the casino and we were awake ALL night long because of the noise. The staff wasn't helpful and refused to refund or offer us an additional night. The staff is very unprofessional and not pleasant. more

I don’t recommend the Best Western @ the Apache Gold Casino. The rooms are ok, but not really great and the staff is horrible. There is an obvious disregard for any customer service and staff is highly unmotivated.
