Red head ripped the office staff from one end to another. We felt so bad for the staff - it ruined our stay. No reason to treat workers like dirt. Otherwise okay stay. Beds where comfy and lots of pillows. Breakfast did not include eggs or any meat.

We took the high school girls volleyball team to the State Championships in Prescott Valley and stayed at the Arizona Inn. They were completely booked but still made every effort to put the girls and the chaperones near each other. The rooms were simple and clean. They provide nice pillows, although the mattresses were a bit soft. Wi-fi, cable, ice... More

Stayed at the Arizona Inn for 4 nights. Very pleasant stay. Room was a decent size, bed was comfortable. Small sink area- could use a vanity top. Dave in the office was very helpful. He directed us on the best routes to everywhere we wanted to go. WiFi worked great. They even provide free water bottles every day. Didn't try... More

This is an excellent motel for the money (although the staff did say he was putting me in one of the updated rooms). The staff was personable and printed off some street maps for me because my GPS was badly confused. The room was appealing and in very good condition. The included breakfast offered multiple choices of cereal, juices, and... More

Even though I stayed for a week, the parking was tight and the corridors and room were noisy. The walls were thin and noise leaked through the connector door. Breakfast and staff were good and helpful. Linens were decent and the room was clean. The shower head was not working the way it supposed to be. The spa was not... More

We stayed at this motel for over a week and the room was pleasant and comfortable. I would stay here again as it is reasonably priced. My two issues are that the wifi does not work in the rooms and supposedly is being fixed. However, no progress has been made since we first arrived. It is available in the office,... More

Room was clean but needs upgrading. Towels were very thin, bathtub needed safety mat. Staff was friendly. Limited selection for breakfast. Located near some shopping but must cross a busy highway. A plus is that we had a view of the mountains.

Very nice place, clean, has a small fridge in the room , plenty of hot water, and a Denny's next door across the parking lot and you get a discount for staying at the hotel.....and everyone was very friendly here with reasonable prices for a room and has a nice pool.....10 minutes from Whiskey Row in Prescott

Stayed one night on our way to Anaheim and Disneyland. We were a bit disappointed by the service, the pool was closed, and the staff did not know why or when it would be opened. We were assigned a room that wall well decorated and looked nice, but had a funky smell. The paper-thin walls meant that we could hear... More

Room carpet looked dirty, bathroom was bad and had linoleum peeling up in corners by the tub. The toilet would not flush right and the wash basin sink took forever to drain. No type of dresser to put clothes in and only three hangers for two people to put clothes on. Artificial plant dusty and window sill dirty. Old Days... More
