There aren't too many nice hotels in Prescott, however Springhill Suites is a very nice hotel. The rooms are a comfortable size, they have a nice continental breakfast, and the staff is very friendly. This hotel is in a convenient location, in walking distance of historical Prescott. There is also a grocery store and several restaurants in the hotel parking... more

I stayed at this hotel in 2008, and their customer service along, with the cleanliness of the hotel, was so great that I looked forward to staying again in 2009. I was not disappointed. Theresa and Paul were once again friendly and helpful, meeting my needs before I even requested their help. I was given early check-in, directions, great advice,... more

We visit Prescott every year, this year we went on the Memorial Day weekend and decided to trade in the nearby historical hotels for a stay at these suites. We were a couple traveling with my brother, and as requested, they gave us adjoining suites on the third floor. This part of the hotel had been newly added, so everything... more

Clean, safe hotel walking distance to downtown Prescott and Whiskey Row. Decent breakfast, clean room, bathroom. Desk and mini-kitchen. Quiet room, ample parking. I'll definitely stay there again. more

This is our 1st stay at a SpringHill. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were good. Breakfast had sausage, eggs and waffles, plus assorted cold items. Rooms were quite, I was impressed considering we were right by the breakfast area. My big problem was the layout of the room. I spend extra $$ so... more

Just returned from a one night stay on our way through northern Arizona. This hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Not sure what happened to the previous reviewer but I am fussy about bed comfort and I didn't find these beds to be overly hard. We were able to walk to Whiskey Row for dinner at the Palace.... more

Being my first visit to Prescott AZ, I was really impressed with the location of the hotel and how close it is to the Downtown area. We were visiting from Scottsdale and it was very refreshing to be in this quaint little town with the charming park in the city centre-Gazebo and all. I found the hotel very clean and... more

I thought I found the perfect hotel in Prescott but boy was I wrong. The mattress was so hard my husband and I left early and we both left with backaches! We told the management and all the manager said is "I'm sorry". You might as well sleep on the floor. However, the location is good. It is well within... more

Had reservations in advance for our four night stay. We wanted to be within walking distance of downtown restaurants and bars, with access to other services and a short drive to Embry-Riddle University. The location of the hotel was perfect. Husband, 16 yr old son and I stayed in a 2-queen suite for four nights. The room was fine: big... more
