Homey, relaxed, sparkling clean, and less expensive are the real plusses of the Forest Villas. We spent 3 nights here and slept very well. It was great to have windows that opened so we did not have to run the air conditioner and could breath fresh mountain air. The room had many signs of improvements - fresh wall art, bedding,... more

After reading other reviews, I was expecting a nice place with a calm atmosphere and clean rooms. The folks at Forest Villas delivered. My family really tries to avoid cookie-cutter hotels when we can. Finding a clean, friendly, unique and reasonably-priced place like the Forest Villas is part of the adventure when planning a vacation. We were all very happy... more

My family and I like to visit Prescott every Fall (this time we came out for the Pumpkin Festival in Chino Valley), and this was our first stay at the Forest Villas. We loved it!! This hotel was everything we expected and more - beautifully maintained, great value, the entire staff (especially Kelly at breakfast) was courteous, and our rooms... more

We stayed here overnight after reading reviews on trip advisor and found this to be a little gem with nice, clean rooms. Rooms a little small but had a nice balcony attached. Nice grounds and even tho on busy highway was very quiet. Front desk staff very nice and accomodating. more

It has only been a few days since I left Prescott, and I am already reminiscing my visit! The stay at your hotel was one of the highlights. Forest Villas has a certain tranquility which really sets it apart, and it was all I needed! I also liked the hotel's "green" initiatives. The only issue I had was with the... more

Avoid the chain hotels surrounding this little gem! In a few years, this place will be "retro" or "antique", but this point is "a little dated." The staff were very friendly (Scott in particular) and the overall ambience is one of relaxation. The pool area has a serenity despite the new suburban growth surrounding the facility. The room was comfortable,... more

After staying at the nearby Holiday Inn Express several times, we decided to stay at Forest Villas, which was a little more expensive. The lobby was very nice and front desk personnel, very friendly. However, the rooms were small and not that special, though we had a nice balcony. A 7 a.m. Sunday morning fire alarm woke everyone up and... more

We made reservations at Forest Villas for two nights in February and extended our stay two additional nights. We were traveling to Sedona and Flagstaff areas and since we had such a great place to stay decided the extra "windshield" time would be better than finding a new place not knowing what we would get elsewhere. The front desk staff... more

It was such a pleasure and comfort to stay at Forest Villas. I was there with my family over the holidays. We reserved the hotel through Expedia not knowing exactly what to expect. We were surprised by the high quality of the hotel with respect to the price we paid. Excellent service, rooms and location. All in all, we were... more

I booked this hotel on their website for 2 adults and 2 children, at the rate of $69 plus tax. Upon check-in ART asked me the ages of my children...I told him 10 and 14. He then told me that there would be a $10 addt'l charge for my 14 yr old. When I asked him why didn't the reservation... more

Dear MM72, What we can promise you is that we listen to every guest and do our absolute best to address any concerns raised so that we learn from our critics and better the experience arriving guests will have. We really did try to convey our industry-standard reservation policies of $10 extra per person (if more than two per room),...
