We enjoyed the 2 nights so much that we booked 2 more nights this coming July before leaving! Serene, homey, lovely, great breakfast, comfy bed, plus helpful, friendly hosts, all made for a wonderful visit. The minute you walk in, the stress of the world starts to fade and the smile on David's face tells you that you have "come... More

The three of us stayed here for two nights while on a tour of Arizona in February. Fantastic property with lovely rooms and ambiance. Owner was lovely and made us feel really welcome. Homemade quiches at breakfast were great. Prescott's Whiskey Row was a 10 min walk with great bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here longer next time as... More

After 20+ years of travel for business, we often stay at B&Bs to learn more of the town/area and meet some great hosts. Pleasant Street is one of the best. A wonderfully preserved and decorated 100+ year-old Victorian home just a couple blocks from downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Gail was very accommodating and made us feel more like a... More

We have stayed at dozens of Hotels over the decades, but had never tried a B&B until now. The Prescott Christmas parade and Courthouse square lighting ceremony was something we have wanted to experience for several years, so we decided to start by trying the Pleasant Inn. The 1st thing that attracted us to this location was the ability to... More

What a wonderful, relaxing and homey B & B Pleasant Street Inn is. The owners could not be more perfect for the responsibility of seeing that everything is " just perfect' for your stay. David and Gayle are VERY accommodating , kind, and a REAL pleasure to talk to. The house is a stunning old Victorian doll house sparkling clean and... More

We celebrated a 23 year anniversary and absolutely loved this B and B. We didn't want to leave. David and Gayle were great hosts. This place is beautiful. We walked to the center square, ate at nearby restaurants within walking distance, and enjoyed the delightful neighborhood.

The Pleasant Street B&B is a real jewell!! I couldn't believe the quality of the linens, furniture, china and food. Coffee, tea, sodas, bottled water and hot chocolate was always available. A special treat was the afternoon wine and hand-made desserts!!! David and Gayle are incredibly hospitable and helpful. I can't wait to return!!

Went to the Pleasant Street Inn to celebrate our anniversary. What a great choice! it was close to home (only a 45 min. drive) but we just wanted a nice getaway. We got more than that. The location is great. Very close to downtown Prescott but in a quiet neighborhood. The old home has been lovingly restored and our room... More

The Pleasant Street Inn is located in a prime location - we left our car and walked downtown. Immaculate B & B. The breakfasts were very organic - the best we have ever had at a B & B. And the Jura coffee machine, OMG, loved it. David and Gayle are wonderful hosts. We have been to Prescott, AZ many... More

Having visited Prescott the past year on three previous occasions, we passed by The Pleasant Street Inn several times and made a mental note to stay there sometime. We're glad that we finally did so. Because of its popularity, The Pleasant Street Inn is often booked well ahead of time, especially for weekends, so our mid-week three-night stay worked out... More
