Gracious, charming, welcoming . . . words that only begin to describe the wonderful respite we enjoyed at the Pleasant Street Inn. Gayle and David are superb at greeting, engaging and caring for their visitors. Breakfasts were delicious -- healthy, interesting and fresh. A state-of-the-art "coffee maker" provided all sorts of coffee/tea treats throughout the day and there were always... More

The house is lovely, the breakfast was delicious, our room was well appointed, the hosts were friendly and helpful, the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this b & b. (We had the downstairs room with 2 rooms and a little patio. Very nice.)

We had friends coming to town from Pennsylvania to get out of the snow and we picked this wonderful place, not really knowing how it would be, to get out of Phoenix for an "adventure." We were pleasantly surprised! We had the Pinewood Room and it had a wonderful fireplace. OUr friends had the Terrace Room and they loved it... More

We found David & Gayle to be wonderful hosts, the breakfasts really special -- with extraordinary effort taken to satisfy the gluten and dairy-free needs of my husband - and the other visitors friendly and interesting. We plan to be back for Thanksgiving!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pleasant Street Inn. The hosts were very gracious and helped us with restaurants. The Pine Room with the fireplace upstairs was a beautiful room. Roomy with a lot of charm. The food was 5 star. Morning breakfast was fantastic and the treats at night were of the best quality. We had a wonderful time... More

We recently stayed at the Pleasant Street Inn, and really did enjoy all aspects, from the cozy room upstairs to the wonderful breakfast to the morning conversations. We loved that you could just walk into town from the inn, for eateries or shopping, plus the library is right there, as is another wonderful street, one block over, of beautiful historic... More

This charming inn's gracious hosts made our stay a wonderful memory! My husband had never stayed in a Bed and Breakfast; he left with the anticipation of a return trip soon to this fabulous inn. The food was delicious and accommodated our gluten-free needs. Our room was comfortable and clean as was the restroom. The location was superb; just a... More

Second time to stay at the Pleasant Street Inn. We don't go back to places we don't like. Different owners from our first visit 3-4 years ago but still a very enjoyable experience. Very pleased with our room and the excellent breakfast. We stayed in the downstairs Terrace room with it's own sitting room and private deck. Coming back after... More

The Inn is located just a short walk from the historic downtown district of Prescott, yet in a quiet neighborhood with convenient parking. The innkeepers were attentive and interesting and provided us with clean accommodations, upscale amenities, a delicious breakfast and a chance to access the coolest coffee machine we have ever seen! We look forward to a return visit!

My girlfriend is an author and had written a novel based upon a Victorian era Baed and Breakfast in a small town. So I found one for us to visit. The Pleasant Street Inn is a nice little place. The owners are new, having purchased the inn four months ago as of this writing. We had a late arrival. Unfortunately... More
