Stayed three nights in Room #10 (It has fireplace and I highly recommend) and once again the Motor Lodge, and especially the customer service, was the best. I can't say enough about their obvious concern that their guests have the best experience possible. My flight was delayed and Motor Lodge called me to make sure I would know how to... More

I'm going to start off this review by firmly stating that this hotel is NOT for everyone. Indeed my parter in crime pointed out that she would have been happy at Hassayampa Inn, which was less of a walk than The Motor Lodge. Fair enough, but need I remind said partner in crime of Mina A'salam???? 'nough said! This place... More

From the moment you arrive it couldn't be more obvious how much the owners care about their staff and customers. I had to wait at reception as Barbara (I'm sorry if that's wrong! It was a while ago we stayed) was on the phone trying to find accommodation for a lady who had arrived without booking, as they were completely... More

Absolutely loved it. The beds, pillows, linens and towels were the best we've had anywhere we've stayed. The décor was fantastic...not the standard, cookie-cutter surroundings that you find at so many other places. The hotel was unique, comfortable, clean and the staff was wonderful. You have all of that...and then you look at the price! Amazing quality and affordability.

Such a great hotel. Beds were amazing, every room is unique and the service is great. If you are looking for a quaint, personal service place to stay, with some history, this is it. Owners know quite a lot about the city, surrounding area and places to visit.

Groovy is seems to be the operative word around the Motor Lodge and my wife and I would totally agree. I doubt I that I've ever stayed in a place as warm and welcoming as the Motor Lodge. We are already talking about our next stay here, that pretty much says it all!

If you are a fan of old motels and travel lodges then this is the place for you. It started with the personal call with instructions when we arrived after the office closed. There were cold beers waiting in the frig and cookies when we checked out. The room was a throwback to the old days of motels. The room... More

Remember when there was great service wherever you went? Gas station attendants taking care of your car, store clerks that really cared about how to help you? How about motels that took pride in everything they do? At The Motor Lodge you are taken back to that time. My wife and I were going up for the Courthouse Lighting and... More

The Motor Lodge occupies a space formerly home to a string of roadside motels of varying quality, including a "Grandma's Cabin" that might have been owned by Norman Bates' mother. Fortunately, the current innkeepers have applied a good deal of taste and old-fashioned customer satisfaction to their remodel, resulting in what may be Prescott's, if not Northern Arizona's, snazziest little... Stayed in #1 on 11/16-17; clean, comfy and tastefully decorated. I felt right at home and never knew that I was on the main drag going into town. Had b-fast at Lone Spur Cafe on Gurley and the Waffle Iron on Sheldon; both were excellent! Would definitely stay here again.
