This is our fourth time in Cave Creek. We never been here in January, it's cold but we have a fire in the room and the heat. The view it's fantastic even the view from the bathroom is gorgers. It's snow and the mountains cover with snow and we have a snowman! We saw Deers, birds,Hawks and Javelinas with two baby's... More

Oh give me a home, where the deer and Javelinas roam, and the sky is bright and the night sky brilliant and the birds abundant with bird food provided, and then this is the place. We had a great time with friends over Thanksgiving. We rented Woodland Cottage and were comfy, had all we needed, I mean everything, from aluminum... More

We took our grandchildren to Cave Creek Ranch on their Fall Break. just the two of us had visited in January 2012 and vowed to bring the grandkids here. The creek was flowing and the kids had the time of their lives walking thru it..building dams..picking up rocks...throwing water at each other ..etc. It was so nice to see them... More

My wife and I stayed at the Azure Gate B&B in Tucson where the host told us about the large numbers of hummingbirds to view at Cave Creek Ranch, which is off the "beaten track" down a one lane dirt road about 35 miles off I-10. This serene place is REMOTE. Small Cous whitetail deer browsed near us after we... More

Peaceful, quiet, unbelievable amount of birds and deer...just fantastic. We stayed for a week and had a wonderful stay. The views are spectacular. No matter what type of wildlife you like from reptiles to bears they are all here. Thank you Reed. We will be back.

This was my third stay at Cave Creek Ranch. Nothing fancy, but comfortable with great views of the surrounding mountains. Comes with a kitchen but bring your own food. Great wildlife on the grounds plus very near hiking trails and great bird watching spots.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cold Creek Ranch. Arrived after dark and were immediately welcomed at the front desk by the receptionist who had waited for us, and also by a group of four birders spotlighting an Elf owl in the nearby tree. A few months ago the area had been hit by a pretty bad flood. The... More

This establishment is absolutely outstanding! We had three nights here and loved everything about the place. We self catered (mainly BBQs) and found the rooms very well equipped for cooking. The location is amazing and the grounds are alive with wildlife. White-tailed Deer and Cliff Chipmunks were our constant companions, whilst the feeders constantly filled with Arizona Woodpeckers, Blue-throated Hummingbirds,... More
