We spent the weekend doing chores at my mom's house nearby and so our backs were ready to hit the jets. The spa is extremely clean, perfect temperature and strong jets. Really helped us relax and unwind after our work day. The rooms at this hotel are small, but nicely updated and decorated. There is a walk in shower rather... More

Hotel was clean and close to NorTerra Shopping center. Lots of restaurants in the immediate area. Easy on and off exits to I-17. Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. Morning breakfast fare was just right for quick meal to start the day!

I normally choose the more family oriented Marriott brands but decided to once again try a Courtyard. WOW! From the 30 second check in -really - to the large very comfortable room to the many outside spaces I have been impressed. I'm the only one of my work group staying here I'm so glad I choose this. Today we needed... More

Great hotel! I come here every week and after the 3rd week they were calling me by my first name. They always accommodate my every request and the rooms are cleaned exceptionally well. The pool, hot tub, and basketball court are nice amenities. They have free HBO and have a convenient breakfast in the morning!

We stayed one night at the Phoenix North Courtyard. The hotel and room were nice. The breakfast (additional charge) was OK. The staff was efficient and friendly. The location is convenient near the main highway.

The hotel was clean, had a small bistro for decent and inexpensive breakfasts, and was convenient to major roads and local shops/restaurants. Nothing super-fancy, but certainly fine for our needs. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

It's a Courtyard. Not fancy, but is a perfect business travel hotel. Clean rooms, space to get work done, get in a light workout if I need. Pricing is affordable. No complaints. It's my go-to hotel when I'm in Phoenix for business. Also, I have stayed at this property 10-15 each year for the past 6 years - just about... More

Very good hotel, great location for us. Multiple restaurants within a short walk (5 min). Front desk staff is awesome! If you're staying in the North Happy Valley/North Phoenix area then I would highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed here three weeks ago. The stay itself was fine. The problem started when I got my bill by email two days after checkout. There were two separate restaurant room charges on my bill, totaling just over $25. I called March 3, and was told that she would have to investigate and call me back. I gave her 3... More

I stayed here one night for business. The room was quiet but was a very standard room. Small fridge, two queens beds, small desk, television. Bathroom was average as well. internet was free and fine but did not allow for streaming without paying. I have stayed across the pool (same parking lot and shared pool) at the residence inn for... Thank you for fiiling out a review for the Courtyard Phoenix North Happy Valley and for the Residence Inn North Happy Valley. Yes as you have mentioned both hotels offer different ammenities. The Residence Inn brand was biult for extended stay guests, therefore the ammenities are complimentary. We appreciate your comparison and feedback for both our properties. Thank you Lindsey More
