I had a good time at the hotel where I stayed for a week to attend a conference. The rooms have a large LCD TV with Direct TV with HBO, refrigerator, microwave, and also free wi-fi. Also they provide a free shuttle to the airport.

This is a very conveniently located hotel Phoenix. The front desk is extremly helpful and polite. Flat screen TV, free wifi, free parking, free breakfast (which I unfortunately did not get to try), and comfortable beds along with a very reasonable price makes this one of the most affordable hotels to stay in the area.

As many others have said the outside is pretty ordinary but the inside is very nice. The central location is great.
