Comfortable, clean room. Nothing fancy, but spacious. Lovely lobby with a convenient on site deli/bar. Nice ample breakfast. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only downside was that our room overlooked the freeway.

I love the Hyatt Place brand. I've stayed at several of them and have always enjoyed my stay. The one in north Phoenix is an overnight stop on our way to visit family in CA. This is a lovely hotel. We are here for 6 night to take in some baseball games. VERY pleased with this hotel. Rooms are very spacious and nice decor. Lobby is welcoming. Hyatt Place offers a delicious hot breakfast, nothing like we have experienced at any other hotel. Looking forward to returning next year!
