My wife and I stayed at this Courtyard, and were very please by the reception that we received. Our room was large and well designed. This Courtyard is at the east end of a small shopping center. The shopping center had multiple independent non franchised restaurants to choose from, when we did want to eat on property. We were very... More

We stayed here one night to rest and visit some family on our way up to Sedona. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and we were checked in by friendly staff at the front desk. The hotel has a Bistro which serves decent food if you want to save yourself the drive somewhere. It was quiet and... More

Escaped the snow of Minnesota for a quick warm getaway for phoenix and chose this courtyard for the proximity to shopping. The hotel has lovely sitting areas outdoors, starbucks coffee available for sale all the time, nice pool area. And shopping right out the door. It was exactly what we were looking for to soak up some warmth and shop... More

I was in town for a conference. I had a suite and a view of the pool. I loved the king size bed! I had my family with me the kids slept in the other room on the soda bed. Only con I had was the bathroom it was very small. But I loved the outdoor pool and hot tub,... More

Strike 1) Poor parking, Strike 2) Funk in old room that has been 'redecorated', Strike 3) Very few choices at breakfast, Strike 4) Breakfast seating IS the lobby, Strike 5) The cleaning staff threw out some of my toiletries near the sink while I went to breakfast and had the garbage container on the counter and had removed the towels.... My niece and I checked in early for two nights and found we were assigned a room facing the parking lot. Since it was early, I asked if they could possibly rearrange, if we checked in later, to have a room facing the courtyard. Mara at the front desk was fantastic in taking her time and much effort to arrange... More

We are pleased to learn you and your niece had an enjoyable stay in our hotel and our wonderful neighborhood which boasts great shopping and restaurants. A number of the restaurants are new concepts and we are proud to send our guests with our recommendation. Thank you for recognizing Mara for her efforts to get you the room you preferred.... More

checked in and noticed immediately that the room did not have a mini-fridge. The staff took some time to find one and when put in our room it was on the floor in front of the bathroom vanity mirror. The toilet needed to be held down constantly for it to flush. My wife was freezing in the hallways and then... More

We are sorry we did not live up to your expectations for this visit to Phoenix and our Courtyard. Maintenance issues, especially with elevators, can create a disruption for our guests and we apologize to you. I do hope our great staff was able to respond to your requests throughout your stay. While our Bistro does offer Starbucks coffee 24... More

Hotel is located in a shopping center, which is convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a fast-food-franchise feel. The restaurant and bar are counter service and the eating area brightly lit, so if you go down for a nightcap you'll find yourself trying to relax in a Burger King environment. Breakfast is OK but again has... More

Our team is pleased you found them to be friendly and helpful during your stay. Our new Bistro look is quite popular with our guests and your perception is noted. Your visit during March is our busiest time of the year with both Spring Training games all over the valley and Spring Break travelers wanting to get out of the... More

I recently stayed at this hotel on business and found it to be quite acceptable. This hotel is hard to see from the road as it is located toward the back of a shopping complex. Staff were very friendly and quite helpful. Rooms were small but were clean and acceptably decorated. Overall a good hotel.

We stayed during one of the busiest times of the year for the Phoenix metro area: spring training, NASCAR race, Renaissance Festival, and the Heard Museum Indian Art Fair (we were there for the Heard fair). Started with a two bed suite that we loved. But 10 minutes into our stay the screaming children next door forced us to request... More
