The property has been around for awhile but it is well maintained. The room was very quiet, comfortable and clean. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. The courtyard and pool area are very attractive. Well-maintained plantings of flowers always say the owners care about the property. Overall very nice and affordable for in season on Phoenix. more

It was 15-20 min drive from the airport car rental area in a nice part of town. The room was nice, clean. The pool looked nice though we didn't try it. An upstairs room would be quieter as we could hear footsteps from above. Staff was friendly. more
