I found that the Travel Inn that we stayed in was a nice place for us to stay at while visiting some friends. The roon was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The place was well centralized and the neighborhood was fairly quiet, considering the size of Phoenix as well as the location. The pool was clean and... more

It was time to come back to France and take the plane at the Phoenix Airport, so we decided to find a motel, to spent , the last night . When we arrived 2 weeks ago, we went to Super 8 motel but it was too much expensive , for us ( $90) so , with the coupon guide flyer,... more

I stayed in this hotel as i was familiar with the 'Travel Inn' brand in England. Its usually used for stop-overs. I landed in Phoenix airport to start my 3 month stay to practice my golf. I called the hotel and booked a 1 night stay, as it was late at night and i needed a sleep. A guy resembling... more

I hope that something is done to get this horrible hotel off the Internet. We were in Phoenix for a funeral of a immediate family member. Room 110 at the Travel inn was totally unfit for human habitation. The conditions were deplorable, after complaining we were given another room which was a tiny bit better, but not much. We will... more

I like this place. As soon as i enter in the office i was welcome by a friendly front desk. I saw the property was newly renovated. Rooms were clean and nice. I would recommend this place to everyone who come to this area. more

Thank you so much for your nice review! sorry for the pool being closed for rennovation. This isn't a common occurrence and I try to keep them to a minimum so that guests can enjoy the hotel. we had made new parking lot and painted whole hotel for a new look. I am getting lot of compliments on that from...

my stay at this motel was the most horrible experience of my traveling life. I just needed a place to sleep for one night, but I didn't know I'd be staying in such a dump! First the so-called "clean" room consisted of : yellow stained walls, cigarette burn holes in the bedding , brown stains on the ceiling, mold around... more

If the word "Dump" were to be attatched to a hotel, this would be the one! Filthy room, poor beds, and a overcharge of my credit card is not someting I would reccomend to anyone. The location is in a bad part of town. Just say no! more

Stayed there 1st of March, room was very small, bathroom so small you could not dry off after shower, kept hitting head and arm on towel rack. Balcony walkway was piled with loose plywood. Neighberhood is Spanish, went to bar restuarant next door for cocktail, no one could speak english. When I went for continental breakfast it was a old... more
