Property consisted of two buildings of which one experienced a large fire during the evening of Sat. April 6 2013. My money says it was probably a meth lab explosion This neighborhood eyesore has now been condemned! Other than the occasional innocent customer who didn't check trip advisor first, the clientele was mostly hookers, johns, junkies and assorted low life's.... More

Admittedly, I stayed here because it was the cheapest room I could find before I got to Phoenix and I just wanted a place to sleep for one night. Let me explain the set up there. There is a main wing perpendicular to the road, an outdoor pool and parking, then a short wing parallel to the road creating a... More

This place is disgusting. The internet did not work, there was no alarm clock, the TV remote did not work, there was food crumbs on the floor, food (or blood) splatter on the wall, the blanket looked like it was from 1960, there was a solid layer of dog hair on the carpet, AND there was a 4" women hoop... This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My wife and I could not get out fast enough. The neighborhood has changed and we did not feel safe. No bathroom sink, NO stopper for the two bay kitchen sink in the room(WHY?), NO remote in the room, NO clock/radio, NO shampoo. Using sandpaper would have been softer than... More

I found that the Travel Inn that we stayed in was a nice place for us to stay at while visiting some friends. The roon was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The place was well centralized and the neighborhood was fairly quiet, considering the size of Phoenix as well as the location. The pool was clean and... More

It was time to come back to France and take the plane at the Phoenix Airport, so we decided to find a motel, to spent , the last night . When we arrived 2 weeks ago, we went to Super 8 motel but it was too much expensive , for us ( $90) so , with the coupon guide flyer,... More

I stayed in this hotel as i was familiar with the 'Travel Inn' brand in England. Its usually used for stop-overs. I landed in Phoenix airport to start my 3 month stay to practice my golf. I called the hotel and booked a 1 night stay, as it was late at night and i needed a sleep. A guy resembling... More

I hope that something is done to get this horrible hotel off the Internet. We were in Phoenix for a funeral of a immediate family member. Room 110 at the Travel inn was totally unfit for human habitation. The conditions were deplorable, after complaining we were given another room which was a tiny bit better, but not much. We will... my stay at this motel was the most horrible experience of my traveling life. I just needed a place to sleep for one night, but I didn't know I'd be staying in such a dump! First the so-called "clean" room consisted of : yellow stained walls, cigarette burn holes in the bedding , brown stains on the ceiling, mold around... More
