This was my second stay, which means the hotel is overall quite good. It is nearby the highway, so very good for travellers. The area around the hotel is not very nice, but there is a gas station nearby, what is also good for travellers. The hotel has a washing room and the breakfast is quite good for typical American... This hotel was more like a motel and was filthy. When my family got here we could tell it was filthy. We stayed here for one night before departing to Hawaii and it was nasty. We were on the second floor and the door had an open space at the bottom and the air conditioning barely worked. The bathroom was... More

When I first checked in this weekend, I had to request another room 210 due to the stench smell. The next room 205 had a toilet that moved back and forth. There were lines across the T.V. and the air conditioner went out in the middle of the night. I informed the front desk and she just noted it and... More

Hotel under construction/remodel so debris, open walls and signs in hallways. No smoking signs everywhere but the halls smelled of stale cig smoke. Our room was not very clean, even had dirty washrags hanging over the shower rod. Reserved ahead but no AC turned on. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in main room and bathroom. TV internet did not... More

Dirty run-down dump north of downtown. Dingy/Stinky reception area. Old dirty sheets. Rust y shower with extra-low pressure. All in all a miserable experience.

I stayed here with some friends over a weekend and all I can say is stay FAR, FAR away. The towels probably had been washed, but they were so dingy and stained that it was hard to tell. The staff was rude, the floors were dirty and there was a room service tray that sat out in the hall for... More

I was in Phoenix in March 2005 for a convention and found nearly all the downtown hotels were booked by the time I made my reservation. I reluctantly (after reading the other reviews) made my reservation at the Ramada strictly based on its location. What I found was a staff that was among the most gracious and accomodating I've come... More

The room was dirty -- not filled with trash, just a ratty rug, ratty draperies, etc. On my first afternoon I took a shower and upon exiting the tub I noticed palmetto bugs - a half dozen of them - around the bathroom window... after 15 minutes of shooing them out the window and dropping them down the toilet, i... We recently stayed at this property for a convention; Don't let the facade scare you away. The staff was wonderful, along with the accommodations from check-in to check-out. Though the hotel is tucked away from the main strip and hard to find, it is a gem in the desert. The hotel has an old Las Vegas feel to it (the... More

I have been in some disgusting hotels, but this one takes the cake. After a long day, I pulled the sheets down, hopped into bed, and settled my head into the stink of a previous visitor's cheap perfume. I almost vomited, and spent one hour in the shower trying to scrub it off. I switched to the other bed, and... More
