This place was a great value for what you got. The room was large, especially for one person. The staff was friendly from check-in to during the week to check-out. I would definately stay there again. Slept very very good every night I was there, bed was comfy along w/ the pillows, cause pillows ultimately make it. DEFINATELY RECOMMEND!! more

Just wanted to express my positive feelings about a recent stay at the Extended Stay America, Midtown in Phoenix...Because there was a rent-a-car shortage in the city, during my stay, I decided to stay at a place near the new Light Rail, and was happy to learn that this property was a about a block away from the train stop..(which... more

There is little to criticize here, but little to praise either. The Queen Suite is rather cramped, the bathroom is in need of a refit and the facilities are basic. More positively, the excellent Metro tram system is only a block away, Safeways is 3 blocks, the price is reasonable and the neighbourhood is decent. Breakfast comprises coffee and bagels.... more

My company stayed here for two separate weeks in April. Each time we stayed in two rooms, each of which was a suite with two queen beds. Positives: -Clean, recently remodeled -Small fitness center, laundry room -Plenty of parking near your room -VERY well located--within a few short blocks of this hotel are two grocery stores, a Walgreen's, AND a... more

stayed here for the superbowl in february of 2008. plenty of space. dual tvs was nice. sheets and room seemed clean enough. bathroom was pretty dirty. lock on our room door either didn't work, or was fiddled with by a would-be thief. we discovered this and reported it to the front desk, and apparently they took care of it because... more

I got a room here via a bid for a 2-star hotel on Priceline (for downtown Phoenix area). I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is decent; near downtown Phoenix. I was assigned this hotel by Priceline. When I arrived, I asked the clerk for a room that would be quiet. She gave me a room next to... more

Extended Stay Deluxe on Osborn and 2nd Ave. My car got stolen! When I told the front desk attendant, he nonchalantly told me "oh yeah, another car got broken into that same night"! Several days later, I came out in the morning and 2 cars in the lot had their windows smashed in. The service is fine and the rooms... more

I've stayed here twice, for nearly a week at a time - March, 2003 and March, 2004 while attending a conference. The first visit we had a lovely suite on the second floor with separate bedroom (two queen beds) that could be closed off from the living room/kitchen area. Very clean and cozy - like having your own apartment. The... more
