You would think the Phoenix Inn would have more than one Arizona location, but this is it. Still, the location chosen is excellent, right near the "Camelback Corridor" and less than two miles to the Biltmore, where I was attending a conference. This is a good bit less expensive, so I regularly choose this hotel when going to this particular... more

This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms have a refrigerator, bar with sink, microwave, king size bed (super comfy) and the rooms appear to have been updated recently. Everything was very clean. The pool area was nice and the price was right. It is one of the best locations we have ever stayed. You can walk to everything.... more

This was the worst hotel expierence I've had in a while! It started with the front desk, who just as the person in a review before mine stated, was less than friendly and not very eager to help. The night person was worse than the day. She was more interested with surfing the internet than helping. The room was dated... more

We just spent two nights at the Phoenix Inn when in town for the Nascar Race. The room was booked for us by someone who was familiar with the area. The hotel room itself was a little dated. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling and there was a little mildew above the tile in the shower. I'm glad... more

- a quiet, convenient location - a largish room -a very firm mattress Not so great if you're: -a clean- or -neatness-freak. Overall, the place was clean enough for me, but the shower curtain was a bit mildewed, a woman's hair was lying on the bath ledge, and the carpet had some stains. - turned off by the old, slightly... more

This is not the Ritz, nor is it the Best Western, the Holiday Inn, the Drury, the Red Roof Inn or anything else. It's the Phoenix Inn at the Biltmore, a quirky but comfortable hotel in a really great location. My room was clean and odor-free, with a nice bed and a generous and sparkling bathroom. There were two "rooms"... more

Well..... From reading the previous reviews, I selected this establishment for lodging to celebrate my 12th wedding anniversary, and thought that I'd made a good choice. I selected the spa suite and opted not to go with the romance package- which included one night lodging, chocolates, roses, and i think cookies for roughly $200+ a night... That was probably the... more

Wanted to stay near relatives and spotted this hotel in the business area near the Biltmore district. Hotel off the main streets but we could easily (and safely) walk the three blocks to Biltmore Fashion Park for shopping and restaurants. We stayed Friday and Saturday nights, so not sure how crowded the area is on a weekday. Quiet hotel; our... more

Picked this hotel last minute while on road and was very happy I did. Great service, most comfortable very large room with a sofa and coffee table for a 3 Start Hotel. Pool was small, but the place felt like home and I was there 2 nights. Great location close to freeways (but not too close) and close to many... more

I just got back from Phoenix and stayed at the Phoenix Inn Suites for 5 nights. Even though the hotel might seem a little outdated it was extremely clean and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful with everything. Since its a small hotel, you actually feel like a prefered guest and not just another client like you would at... more
