I'm not sure where all the people with the outstanding reviews I read regarding this hotel stayed, but it wasn't Hotel Highland! This hotel was recommended to me when I was in Phoenix on business due to it's location. I would not have selected it on my own. It is in need of renovation, although I believe this is planned for this summer. I booked it through the hotel website, even though I could have booked it cheaper on hotels.com and another... more
