Pretty average Marriott at best. The property is somewhat dated and needs to be refreshed. Front desk seemed less than thrilled to see me show up for an early check in. On the plus side, the beds are good, the room quite and very clean.

I recently stayed two nights at this property as I had business in PHX. The hotel is borderline getting outdated. The customer service was great. I enjoy early morning runs, there was a running trail about a 1/2 mile away which was great. Knowing that I had to be several places in the greater PHX area during my time in... More

We had a work conference here last week for a week. This Marriott appeared very dated. Upon checking in, I explained that I have platinum status & inquired to an upgrade. Front desk explained that hotel had no suites. Hotel had plenty of room for conference space & flow, bar staff was nice as well but I feel this hotel... More

Marriott has done an exceptional job at prioritizing the customer experience. That is the only reason this is a 4 stay. The property is dated for sure, and hot water is an issue. My room was average, and truly, for $279 in Phoenix, I expected a bit better. I only stayed here because I arrived into town early last minute,... More

I've been a Platinum Member with Marriott since 84 and I have really high expectations of guest service. They were having some issues with their hot water. I was not too pleased until I received an e-mail from Evelyn, at the front desk, apologizing for the inconvenience. The letter meant so much more that the reward points that they offered.... More

Nice, clean hotel. Room was great and the set up for the bathroom was perfect. Grab bars in all the right places Nice view, king sized bed and close to the elevator. Bed was comfy and I don't have a thing to complain about. Yeah!!

This Marriott is in desperate need of a remodel. The interior is run down and average at best. There isn't enough front counter staff, so don't expect them to answer the phone. The water pressure is fantastic, however.

We only stayed here one night on our way to Tucson, however were pleased with the accommodations. The hotel could use a facelift however our room was clean and large. With our platinum rewards status, I asked for a suite upgrade however was informed that this hotel does not have any suites. First Marriott I've been to that didn't have... More

I stayed here for a brief night after the College Football Playoff Championship game. The hotel room was a little dated but clean. My room was on the 3rd floor and had no view. The room however had outstanding water pressure and the showerhead almost knocked me down. The property is also a $6 Uber ride from the airport (or... More

Yay! for amazing water pressure, I agree the 3rd floor will leave you with limited views of the area. We hope you'll consider us again when traveling in Phoenix Area. Safe Travels - More

Brenda and I spent the night at this Marriott after an evening flight into Phoenix from the east coast. It truly was the little oasis in the desert for us. It was a little late when we arrive and all we wanted was a light bite to eat and a glass of wine. Even thought they had 24 hour room... More
