We had a great time at the resort. The pool bar in the north pointe complex was great. The prices were not too bad. Really enjoyed the Hole in the Wall restaurant. The food was good and tow s'mores were fun. The river ranch was also done nicely. You will need foot wear at that pool because the pavement is... More

I like the property but we ran into some issues with the Front Desk Staff. We have been going there for 10 years and the overall review is excellent little water park/hotel for families. Property does need some renovation. We have two boys and they love the River Ranch. Not a bad place to float on the Lazy River and... More

I discovered a 2.5 inch cockroach in the bathroom at 4:30am on 7/25/14 as I was getting ready for an early flight. The manager said it's common in AZ during monsoon season and that he was sorry. I asked if there was a service recovery policy and he said since I checked out, there's nothing he could do but upgrade... More

Stayed one week here on business. Restaurants on the property very good reasonable prices. Breakfast had a very large selection as well as healthy selections. Great dinner and appetizers as at Rico's hotel staff is very friendly nice. Full service Starbucks in the gift shop nice touch.

I found the staff to be exceptional, the room was poor quality even though they tried to improve the problems it still was dirty. The furniture was old and shabby, the carpet was shabby, dirty with worn areas, and multiple stains. I felt the value for the price paid was definitely not met. I would recommend that anyone staying do... More

Hello Ronald, First of all, thank you for taking the time to provide this review. I am truly sorry to know we fell short in providing you a more suitable Casita. There is a level of standards our guests expect and deserve, and clearly we did not meet this objective. I can understand your disappointment. I am, however, glad to... More

We did a girls staycation here to enjoy the pool and lazy river. The rooms are very nice and spacious with very comfortable beds. There is a pool in the courtyard of the rooms and then there is the water park. Our room happened to be the furthest point possible from the water park but it is a short walk... More

My brother and his family from the East Coast were staying here over spring break so we drove from Orange County, California to meet up with him. He is in the travel business so I trusted that he was booking a good hotel. We were not disappointed. The property was nicely laid out. There was a great waterpark that kept... More

We have stayed at the Pointe on numerous occasions over the past 6 years and it just keeps getting better! We have spent more time at the River Ranch and got to know the staff. EVERY time is a great experience. Although every employee has been great, the manager Bryan Deutsch and his "go to girl" Krysten have really made... More

Check receipts for accuracy before leaving establishment; bring wraps for meeting rooms. If staying close to the pool, rest assured, activity closes at 11pm. Be clear on prices of any service before receiving. Most staff were helpful and friendly. Large property, be alert of surroundings. Arrange own travel when desiring to leave resort, shuttle service is not normally available; towncars... More
