Bad studio rooms. If that's all your looking at go elsewhere. There all the same, really small! The TV is on an side wall and hard to see. Then te resort fee that was include in our room doesn't actually cover anything, the Internet, fitness center and nice pools cost extra. We got a comp but it wasn't explained on the... More

We live in Phoenix and booked a suite here mainly to use the River Ranch water park for our daughter's birthday. Grandpa had wanted to take her to a water park, but this was a more affordable and better option, as our kids are still too small for many traditional water park slides. We paid the $2.25 resort fee, which... More

We stayed in a casita and our friends stayed in another casita where the balcony was adjoining. We requested this and the Hilton was able to reserve these rooms for us. The rooms were very spacious. Each family had 2 adults and 2 children (ages 2,4 and 4,8). The casitas are 2-story rooms and the downstairs has a 4 person... More

We enjoyed our casita at Squaw Peak. The casita was spacious, well decorated and furniture comfortable. The grounds of the hotel are dreary and outdated. The main activity center/pool/basketball/tennis courts close too early for such a busy time of year. We had to get up early and stand in line half an hour just to get a couple of chairs... More

Stayed here on a business trip because off-season price was outstanding. I like the Spanish style buildings and grounds. You feel like you are in a colonial Spanish empire city. Location is great for access to downtown and airport. If you bring the family, the waterpark will entertain the kids. The on-site restaurants are decent, but limited menu and dining... More

After spending time with our son who just graduated Prescott College, we decided to have a two day get-away before flying home. We chose this hotel because of the good reviews on TripAdvisor. I must say, my husband and I really enjoyed the hotel. Make sure you don't take the cheapest suites, as they face the parking lot! We had... More

My 7 and 8 year old granddaughters and I stayed at Squaw Peak last weekend. It is a great hotel for kids and their grandparents as well! The staff is friendly and attentive and the hotel is well maintained. It is very beautiful, with many pools. The water slide and lazy river were great fun. All of the restaurants have... More

We had a great family reunion at Pointe Hilton...the water park was great for everyone...all ages....restaurants were ok and all staff everywhere were outstanding...Highly recommend this lovely condo style hotel. Easy jaunt from the airport. Food in restaurants could use some work in restaurants but plenty outside to pick from. More

We stayed on April 29th but I have been holding my review waiting for a call back from the General Manager, Tammy Brown. Since she has not returned my call from last week to address a situation I will go ahead and complete my review. I did extensive research for my one night stay in Phoenix. We were coming down... My overnight stay at the Hilton Squaw Peak was "interesting". Most of the rooms are 2 room suites or bigger. My one-bedroom "casita" was huge, with assigned covered parking attached to the building. Although there were two other "casitas" in the same building, I never heard anyone. The room was huge, with 1.5 bathrooms and very nice upstairs bedroom with... More
