I had the most wonderful experience while visiting this property! From the time I walked through the door until the time I left the staff made me feel like a queen. Especially Jocelin Meesenburg, Director of Catering. She was a true gem! Not only was the staff amazing but the property is a hidden treasure full of plush trees and... More

Pros: Close to freeway, comfy bed, good customer service, Starbucks cafe in lobby, free parking, flat screen TV. Cons: Small and outdated bathroom. Peeling paint and wallpaper, dirty tile, bathtub drainage issure. Yes, the deal was good for the cash & points but I wouldn't stay here again. More

It is right across the street from Castles and Coasters, which is a fun mini amusement park with miniature golf. In the hotel there is a nice bar, and computers for guests. We didn't get to eat at the hotel, but they have a nice menu. The hotel room we had was spacious and nice, and even had a (very)... More

This hotel has made major improvements in the past few years. The entire staff are detailed, helpful and more than willing to assist. The food and service in the restaurant is 5 star! I will return. More

Just had to say that if you book through a third party I.E hotwire or hotels.com or any other they will treat you like you do not belong there. Im even a gold memeber with sheraton and have always stayed on the club level no matter who I book through but the night manager Alan wanted to charge me even... More

If you book your room through any 3rd party, be prepared to be treated less than stellar at this location. I've stayed at Sheraton in the past through 3rd party and treated great, but after staying at this location on Monday evening, I will never stay here again. The beds are only double beds and very hard. Other Sheraton's have... More

If you need affordable lodging on the north side of town, you are unlikely to do better than than the Sheraton Crescent. Situated along I-17, it was a surprisingly full service property offering reasonable rates. SPG members will appreciate the club lounge and reasonably fast WiFi. Their gym is much larger and better equipped than most Sheratons, and open 24... More

Kyle, Thank you for your detailed post about our beautiful hotel. We are very lucky to have a location right off the freeway that is easily accessed off the I-17. Our Club Lounge is a great way to get away and relax and do work, while enjoying some food and drinks. I am glad you liked our gym, you are... More

The check-in was great - very nice people. They charge $10 for internet service - that does not work! I hitchhiked off the restaurant across the street and got better service! No vending machines - walk across the street to the convenience store if you want a snack or need anything. At check-out time - one person on duty! She... More

Most people write reviews to alert other travelers of their experiences at hotels. My experience with the Sheraton was a typical stay, everything met my expectations. Little did I know that one month later my typical stay with this particular hotel would exceed my expectations. On November 20th my family was at the Sheraton for my niece's wedding, it wasn't...
