My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Crescent and we were severely disappointed as we expected a certain calibre from a Sheraton franchise. We were seeing whether or not this would be a feasible hotel for the baseball team during the many trips they take throughout the year to Phoenix. Lobby was nice and spacious - This was the... More

I was only her eone night for a business trip. The hotel was decent. Clean, room was nice and large. Despite being near the freeway I diodn't hear any noise that others have said they did. Had a few issues. The internet (which I had to pay for) was out all night and the next morning. They refunded me but... More

My husband and I stayed here one night with two other couples and we all enjoyed our stay. We were in Phoenix to attend a concert at the Gila Center and also visit the wonderful Musical Instrument Museum. Both places were in close proximity to the hotel and easy to get to. This hotel has a lovely spacious and comfortable... More

Wonderful large rooms , great staff , huge warm pool, if noise is a concern ask to have a room on the east side. I've stayed here a number of times in 2014 , and booked to stay again in November. The lobby has recently been renovated , and the staff could not be more helpful.

The building itself was very nice and the grounds were large. Large pool plus separate pool with waterslide, tennis courts, etc. Front desk attendant was friendly and bumped us up to club level, but gave us lots of misinformation about breakfast location and times it was open, so we missed the free breakfast the next morning. He said it was... More

I chose this hotel because near to my business meeting...but only for this reason. I walked around the hotel and there is nothing, it is far from Phoenix downtown (30 minutes by taxi circa). I asked for a taxi at the reception, I waited outside for 15 min and no taxi arrived, nobody from the Reception followed it up and... More

The property is at the intersection of a major highway I 17, and a major cross street, Dunlap. I would not recommend this property unless you have ear plugs, and maybe a Xanax !! The noise was just unrelenting from I-17, it is probably worse because the building is curved. The building is dated, the parking lot is down right... More

Friendly front desk staff, clean hotel, good shower, quiet, super comfy bed and excellent sleep quality, decent breakfast, close to a ton of restaurants, nice lobby, on site parking, pay for wifi but it was comped at checkout.. Solid a/c kept the room chilly while over a 100 outside, only negative was there was a space for a small fridge,... More

Dear, Sbd0512 Thanks for the comments. It’s always gratifying to hear when our facility meets satisfaction, more importantly, a friendly front desk staff. You comment about the cabinet for a small refrigerator is correct. We are in the process of obtaining pricing to purchase new small refrigerators. We apologize you did not have one. The property does offer refrigerators for... More

It is a nice hotel but there were too many little things wrong for me to give it more than 3 stars. My king room at the end of the hall was huge, but the light in the closet didn't work. The light on the makeup mirror didn't work. The wifi, which they charge $10-15 a day for, was particularly... More

We hold a monthly training class here & highly suggest this hotel for their meeting space. The staff is always friendly, helpful & reliable. They have always been set up for us and we appreciate this dependability. The entry is beautiful, everywhere is very clean & grounds are meticulously well kept.
