Positives - The central location offers quick access to many of the different attractions Phoenix offers. It has a dedicated parking garage, decent fitness facility and a really nice outdoor pool/ sport area. The staff was very efficient and the front desk staff was helpful when asked. One staff member, Brett, was excellent and made quality recommendations about local cuisine... More

I stayed at this hotel 3 nights while attending an Eastern Star Convention. We had MANY peopl at the meeting and everyone seemed to really enjoy the accommodation. It is very close to one of the Phoenix freeways and lots of good parking. This group is going back this coming August and I'm very glad they are.

Decent hotel, comfortable beds but all the pillows had stains and were yellowed. The Club lounge was nice but crowded, didn't sample their food or drinks. The fitness room was under construction so I had to work out in a tiny conference room (which meant waiting for machines). Breakfast wouldn't be worth paying for as it was very basic and... More

My husband and I stayed here one night to attend an event going on at the hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet...the bed was w-o-n-d-e-r-f-u-l! While we just had a basic room (not a suite) we were pleased with the accommodations. The food in the bar area was excellent, the beers were ice cold and the server was more-than-prompt!... More

Pros: From the outside, the hotel looks old and due to its location I assumed the hotel wasn't going to be very nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and the nice, open lobby and bar area as well as outdoor tables and fire pit. It was nice to have a hair dryer in the room as well... More

This hotel is clean and reasonable, not the greatest/newest part of town, but overall it's fine. I suppose the upside here is it's a quiet spot. I stayed only one night for business, and was treated really well as an SPG Platinum.

We stayed here as a last night on an Arizona vacation from New Mexico. It was like staying in a resort for someone on a budget. Brett at the desk was super pleasant and very helpful. Our room (525) had a balcony and the view of the front of the hotel was pretty. The room was very clean and home... More

The hotel is under a mini renovation but there was no inconvenience to us. Part of the lobby is blocked off for carpeting and the work out room is temporarily relocated but still accessible. Great pool, free parking, free newspapers, coffee, water and wifi in lobby begat was helpful and nice. Rooms are nicely updated but there is a bit... More

Very quiet property, away from the bustle of downtown. The rooms had balconies that were actually functional which I Gorgeous views of Piestawa Peak and I can't tell you how relaxing it was to start my day with a beautiful sunrise over the mountain while enjoying my coffee on the balcony. A little disappointed that there wasn't a fridge in... More
