I recently conducted a business meeting in Phoenix and recommended that my coworkers stay at the Sheraton Crescent due to the location. I must say, once you pull into the driveway you realize you are in for a treat. The staff was very courteous and professional, the lobby is gorgeous. The rooms are a little dated, but very comfortable.

Really nice hotel with great service. Pool was big and clean. Nice slide area that the kids loved!! Good food up on the Club level 7. Our car broke down and we needed to get it shipped out of state and the employees were very helpful and cooperative with dealing with the problems we had. Thank you.
